My picks today woooo

 

My Target (which is remodeling) had some Transformers today!!

I picked up Inferno but they had Grimlock, Optimus, SG Rodimus, SS Starscream and Prime, and some other random SS deluxes and a lonely Dreadwind... and some wave one legends and Prime masters.

 

Add my Wal-Mart in Waverly Iowa that got wave 3 in last night. Which is bizarre that it came out so early and there's nothing new left for the rest of the year.

 

Wave 3 as in, the other size classes too, or just Inferno?

 

Can confirm Wave 2 Voyagers at Target and Wave 3 at Walmart here in MN. Must be a Memorial Day reset.

 

Funny enough there was an Indie Gogo campaign to make an oversized version of this mold (back when it still just had the Hot Spot head) that comes with parts to turn it into either Fire Convoy or Super Fire Convoy, so great minds think alike. If Perfect Effect or whoever makes an upgrade kit for this one, I'm sure I'll buy it too.

Only thing I confirmed at one of my Walmarts and Targets today was more Wave 1 stuff across the board...goddamn.

 

aside from the lg-ex head, the loudmouth head could probably work as a kind of stand in and theres a adapter for the mold on shapeways to make it titanmaster compatible

 

I know the feeling. Pegs here are stuffed with wave 1 legends and deluxes. Mostly jazz and dreadwinds

 

Eh more like me local Walmart is stuffed with Titans Return Broadside, no way in hell we'll be getting anything else the newest thing I saw in the size class was Elita One and that was three months ago. Sadly Hun-Gurr was gone and now my chances at owning one and completing Abominus (and my interest) are gone.

Other then that we've been sitting on a lone Dreadwind, SS Wave 1 deluxes, Battleslash, & Skrapnel's for over a month now its getting as pathetic as our inability to stock the Marvel Legends exclusive Thanos.

 

On what planet do you live on? The Studio Series sells. Not as good as Generations, true. but the products move fast.

I'm hoping wave 3 deluxes show up later this week since I found wave 2 deluxes within a week after buying wave 2 voyagers.

Any sign of any RiD Optimus Prime/CR Super Fire Convoy heads for Inferno? As raised in the review thread there's a demand for them.

 

What sucks about the high amount of repacking being done in PotP is that you can't tell what may have come through if you get to the store and see X on the shelf.

Is that Grimlock sitting there a remnant from old Wave 1 stock or did I miss Inferno. Are these Metalhawk and Skullgrins a sign that Wave 2 came through town?

The worst offender though? "Does this Leader Prime sitting here mean I missed out on Rodimus, Unicronus, or Primal?"

Damn if this happens I may need to buy a spare Inferno.

 

St. Louis for one. These shitty movie lines clog shelves constantly. The newest line has not disappointed. They clearanced the last line to make room for the new line. The deluxes were $8 after clearance. The danger with these movie lines is hasbro makes their money for a while. Retailers continue to over order them but the retailers take the hit when they can’t sell them. This makes the retailer say hmmm I’m not going to order transformers of any kind in the future. Hasbro must learn how to make a good transformers movie now. The spectacle has worn off.
