Ha, i only have the apeface highbrow set and i did not notice the headmasters head rotated, so thanks for pointing that out.

And yes there is no reason if they continue that heamasters shouldn't be like that.

The really damning bit of my reasoning is that Snapdragon *doesn't* have a neck swivel in dragon mode; only in bot mode via some really weird cutouts. It's clear that they're really throwing ideas at the wall to get a neck joint in there. I'm hoping they follow the sensible model they used for Apeface's headbot, too. If they really want to impress me they'll get some Dianaut arms onto their headbots, too.

    My heart. It melts.

Announce the Headmaster Juniors next please, UT.

The merest hint of the delinquent Destron trio done in this style would make my year.

I only got Night and Day for now but it’s easily my favorite set so far.

Day is my favorite overall but mostly because I’ve always had a love for Cerebros. I like him so much he snuck to work with me in my pocket today.

I kept his feet folded up, and flipped the helmet wing spike things upside-down so their long edge trailed the bottom of the glove; but I dig it. The other three all have flight modes and he was sorely lacking in comparison.

Nice! I was pleasantly surprised at how tidy and snug everything fits together in 'flight mode'. Even though nothing is pegged into place it's tight enough to hold together even if I shake it. Fan modes are fun. :D

The way the knees fit into the shoulder flaps certainly leads one to think they were trying to get a flight mode into him and gave up somewhere in the process.

Oh yes. I would like to see them do Squeezeplay, Fangry, and Horribull. The only problem I have is they'll most likely split them into 3 packs combined with Hosehead, Siren, and Nightbeat. I would prefer a 3 pack of the monsters together. (I would prefer MP carbot sized Nightbeat and Siren in my collection)
Though maybe I'll find someone to split the sets with me like @FredVIII did with Snapdragon and Cerebros (thanks!)

This is my first Palm Collection figure and I can definitely see the similarities to DX9's War in Pocket figures. From materials, style, and design. (I have DX9 Devastator and Coneheads, with the majority of my Legends collection being Iron Factory)
He's definitely a cool little con. Dragon and jet mode both work for me.

There’s something about the exposed pins on the Palm Warriors that keeps me a little hesitant. They just look a little softer and less developed than quite a lot of the other legends.

But, Day and Night are the closest I’ve come to purchasing a Unique Toys legend. Even if I think Snapdragon’s robot mode head looks goofy and I have no especial attachment to cerebros, I’m a sucker for dragons.

Then again, I think we’re in the same Camp Decepticons Packs Please, eh?

You want to lose this fight and get them, mate. Snaps is just so much dumb fun to fiddle with in dragon mode. He doesn't have a great big range of motion at most of his joints but he's got a lot more POA than he should in dragon mode and the whole legs-to-neck TFing/engineering is a work of art. Cerebros is very cool in his own right as well; but Snaps is gonna surprise you.

Yes please, I'd love the HM Juniors too. UT's Legends have been awfully fun, and I've love them to take a crack at characters that largely get ignored by other G1-focused lines.

Those would be cool... but I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a headless Fort Max next.

It's just, if you look at their Cerebro... there is this big, beefy neck joint in there. They *could* have done the same thing they did for Apeface and given the smaller head a pivot joint... but they didn't. They made it one piece and engineered this sturdy swivel into the body itself.

Why spend money on those extra parts if not to put them to use?

    Fort Max body is coming...

So, a couple of the early shots had Apeface with two guns. Did anyone ever get those?

Yeah, but, if they sold it headless it'd be a hard sell, and if they sold it with a head you'd just end up with a redundant head if you owned the PC one.

Maybe they'll have two versions.. one without for those who bought the 2-pack already and one with for those who didn't?

Oh absolutely. Looking at size relative to the head, probably a touch larger than Utopia would do it.

Maybe a Cerebros mouth plated redeco will come with him.
