With the Magic Square bots still being around the same price between China Stores and U.S stores, I'm not as confident about it.

    I remain hopeful though.

Can't decide if I should cancel my pre-order for HS cliffjumper, since this one is much better and will probably lead to a cliffjumper remold...

Maybe if, unlike HS, we would be able to JUST buy a Cliff jumper without having to spend double on a 2-Pack with a Hubcap that a lot of us don't want...

That being said, I still prefer the HS design; long torso and void-butt included. It's a more elegantly simple transformation, that doesn't result in any backpack kibble (the only reason MP Bee doesn't also have a void-butt) or end up with a fake chest window. The long-torso, squished car mode is a careful and maybe not entirely successful balancing act to accomplish something even the G1 toy never could: a non-choroQ VW bug that turns into a show-accurate robot using a transformation close to the original and without any cheats. To me, that's very impressive, and I can overlook certain shortcomings for it. That said, this H1 version looks great, but it's a bit overly-fiddly looking for my taste. Of course, we won't really know for sure until it officially comes out and gets reviewed.

I DO wish the HS version had its front wheels fold under, tho. I like that this version DOES have that step.

    Get both.

Cliff's tougher, and I'm fairly certain his (real) car mode is larger than a VW Beetle. It might work well.

I had a pair of those when I was four! Long time ago...

On topic though, for the price I'm gonna check this guy out. I mean, why the hell not, right?

Sadly some companies are cheaper from China while other companies are more expensive...

I guess we know which side of the spectrum this company falls on now. :(

Huh. 6cm tall? That is tiny. That's shorter than PE Reflector, which is great. That price sucks though. That's more than MFT Megatron, and it's less than half his size.

    I'll still get it though..

He looks great! He is going next to my DX9 figures when I get one. He's going to look good between Grimlock and Prime.
