Might work, might not. Hope this helps with your figure's stability, cause MPM-5 is really dang good

 

Damn, my TT Barricade finished processing at the post office yesterday, just in time to sit all damn weekend. And to add insult to injury I found three Hasbro Barry's at the TRU down the road last night as well. Oh well, I guess I'll just go enjoy this beautiful weather instead.

Just gonna look at a few more pics first.  

 

If it's any consolation, it'll be worth the wait. But yeah, I hate when the weekend gets in the way.

 

So.. my barricade (from hlj) “arrived” today.. only I have a cold or the flu or something and didn’t feel like getting up, going to the front door, and signing for it.

Guess I’ll be getting it Monday.

 

Great! Mine came in today and it's right shoulder is floppy as can be. It won't stay up at all.
Otherwise I'm really happy with what I got for $50. I still have to try transforming it back to car mode...

 

Transformation to car mode went great! Fits together much better than mpm Optimus, almost as good as Bumblebee.
I tried putting some future on the loose shoulder joints and it seemed to help some. I'll probably put more on later...

 

Alt-mode weapon storage! Lol. Seems almost intentional. If it weren’t so dumb.

 

Guess i lucked out, both shoulders are rock solid and both forearm covers lock in place.

 

Transformed Barricade a few times and really enjoy the hell out of the engineering and transformation scheme. Really intuitive and fun. Favorite MPM to date (sorry, MPM-1 Starscream).

Ha, that's MPM Barricade's super secret interrogation mode. Sam better better run or learn to pucker up.  

 

Shoulders on mine lock just fine, one forearm cover is super loose and the other one is just fine.

I got mine in the mail today and I love him. All sorts of diecast, and all his joints are a good stiffness. Ask me a year ago and I wouldn't have been sure if I wanted an MPM line, but 3 figures in and every one has been more or less flawless. The only issue I had was a missing silver paint app on Prime's left mirror.

 

How did you go about contacting them about the defect? Did you just start a return/replacement request or did you contact them directly?

 

Anyone want to have a second spinny-wheel-o-death (he can technically put one on either arm, after all)? $12 shipped in the US and mine is all yours. From an official, not a KO.

 

I got it to work! It's weird, I thought I had the hood transformed the same way, but apparently not. This time when I plugged it in place it fit perfectly against the shoulder tabs to lock them in place!
Now if I could only get his weapon to stay on...

 

Is it for sure legit? I plan on getting mine thru Toyspark with today's ebay coupon.

 

Lots of people vouch for them if I’m not mistaken.
