The only gripes i have with the figures are the longer sword storage in vehicle mode making the blade stick out a little far, and the height of the front bumper off the ground on the vehicle. The bumper doesn't look bad, it would just look a little more sporty. I may have to pick up alter now too haha.

Could someone throw the Stray cape on Beta? Just curious on how that looks with the black on black scheme and the white head...or even if it fits thanks to the differing head sculpts.

 

Oh gosh, I stopped paying attention to this thread right after it started because I thought the proto looked awful, especially the alt mode. I had no idea it was so extensively redesigned and looked so good now. I’m sold on that alt mode alone.

 

I got mine because of a mistake on a sellers end and I have zero regrets. I wish he could vs tarn better but looking at the size difference drift would get destroyed.

 

And mine just arrived from Robotoybase! 5 days from Hong Kong to Canada! Damn good service! Came with the cape. I'll put up some pics later with Commotus/Turmoil.

edit: I haven't seen anyone mention but he comes packed in vehicle mode with some foam over the roof to preventing any scratching. Nice stuff!

 

Always a good sign when something you weren’t planning on/expecting turns out to be something that you like. I’m even more excited to get mine now.

Cause yeah I had a similar thought many weeks ago of holy shit would this mold look good in red. Especially the car, god damn it's screaming for a red variation.
