I have a KO OS TR Highbrow figure. The grey chest piece opens up completely and is about the same size as a CW adapter. I have a spare CW part from a swindle figure that I would like to put in it to make it work. However, I need some input on how to do it right since I need a shoulder joint solved.

When the legs are pulled out it offers a limited elbow joint which is sufficient.

The ultimate goal is to have a Jinbao Silverbolt with Blades, Alpha Bravo, Evac, and another helicopter. The only Sunbow Helicopter that I can think of that might work to add to it as an arm is Highbrow. I'm not worried about getting a standard CW port extension to a OSCW port extension. Also a standard 5mm peg adapter can fit into the tail end and has an apater for a CW hands and I can modify the adpater to use it with an OS CW hands.

 

While this should be in the ideas thread, this sounds awesome.

 

Yeah, I'm not sure where that is nor how to move it to that thread. Also if I have trouble finding that section then not sure its a bettter place, then again I'm still new to the site and haven't fully explored the numerous sections yet.

I have a Chug scale CW Silverbolt customized into Blaster (custom head and color scheme) and its great since I always thought Blaster should be a combiner. However, the size of CW Silverbolt for something that is suppose to be a concord jet isn't working for me in alt mode. Plus, I have a MP Seekers in my chug collection since its a more realistic scale difference with autobots. Anyhow, now that I have seen the reviews of Jinbao Silverbolt I see a chance to upgrade. The catch is getting flying autobot limbs. This is where I thought it wouldn't it be great if I can just use my current OS CW Helicopters and being being one short my OS TR Highbrow.

I can probably forcablely remove the grey chest piece in Highbrow and use the CW plug taken out of swindle looks like it will fit great but not sure how to properly secure since it will need to support a good amount of weight since the figure is diecast.

I also included photo of my normal size TR Highbrow which I had saved to show the chest piece. One point I will make is that you can flip the cockpit up and expose the TR head port to connect a TR to CW Adapter. I have seen a plug that fits this part on shapeways but not a CW peg for either the TR neck nor TR chestpiece.

Those are older photos of it. I have different limbs on it now. I was going to mix it up again with all drone jets/deluxe jets or helicopters but that's on hold since I want to swap over to an upscale version.

In the old photos you have Trailbreaker, custom Swerve, custom Silverstreak, custom Stepper. The last two have had changes since that photo. Use to have UW Sunstreaker on it and that looked great with it.

The newer photos of blaster have custom Omnibots and a custom Powerglide.
Before I got newer limbs for soundwave I have paused since I'm doing the jinbao combiner instead since I like how air raid wings flip into decepticon seeker style.
