That comparison is VERY deceptive. The new backpack does not stick out much more than the original's. The only reason it looks like it does is because you had the silver smokestacks covering part of the backpack on the original MPM. Also, the MPM in that picture is angled differently.

I would if the price is right. I've seen plenty of upgrade kits of what I would consider minor details of other toys.

Most likely you won't hear anything until Wejiang came up a testshot.

I know AA's quality it's shitty, however, i want to see their rendition of this Prime, i mean, they're still making their mpm prime.

I do hope they really learned about all the stuff that people from here recommended them to do and make for their figure, because few reasons:

1.-Some users here really dislike BlackApple's mods.
2.-Some people dislike the fact this it's oversized.
    3.-People dislike the mould itself.

Honestly, i'm fine with any version of the MpM mould (included this WeiJiang thing), but i really want to see another attempts, Studio Series Prime really brought me a fresh air due its transformation, and i do hope other companies and even hasbro, follow that philosophy.

i say because after 6 months of no response, AlienAttack sent me an email saying their Prime it's going to be "mind blowing". BUT, i'm not interested at this point

Don't worry buddy, this is not Hasbro, if they were them what you see would be like the final product already.

I don't think we'll see a TFEVO version of Optimus, at least soon. Maybe never.

The rep from TFEvo said they won't be doing anything that HasTak has done so a first trilogy optimus isn't happening.

Wich it's sad. None of the movie prime toys has done justice to his original model.

Looks like BMB and AlienAttack will make their own version of an Optimus MPM. Soon.

Taking a wait and see approach to this one.
Lots of good ideas happening, now it’s just a matter of execution and follow through.

I am actually suprised they kept the visors the same old design. With all the conesessions this one already takes with transformation it’s not like adding a ball joint to them would break up the look of the truck anymore than it already is.

I'll be on the lookout for it but their TLK Prime doesn't inspire confidence.
