I had a dream about this getting revealed last night. Tons of full color pics from a tradeshow. Multiple heads, movie battle damage, Voice audio from the movie, 100% cartoon accurate, battery operated matrix, redesigned trailer...Let me tell you it was amazing. Hopefully when and if this becomes a reality my dream wasn't that far off.

 

General question here. Do we prefer a trailer in the same way as MP-10 with the blue in the white stripe or one more cartoon accurate with just the white stripe? Like this WST Trailer.

Had a dream about it too! A few weeks ago, except it was Yuki showing it to me in some fancy TT office, it looked amazing but we spent more time shooting the breeze than actually looking at the figure.

Much as I love the G1 toy I vote no blue stripe.

 

I vote the best of both worlds - the trailer stripe painted/tampo'd white, with a sticker sheet that we can apply ourselves of the blue stripes. (I personally prefer the blue stripes.)

 

Or a cartoon trailer with the option to be compatible with MP-10 trailer.

The FT Devy thread is pretty long, and it has just about as much "real information".

Let's continue the trend of options for alt mode appearance with MP Sunstreaker: stripes that are on a pin that you can rotate to suit your preference.

 

They can, depends on how they're cleaned and maintained.

 

i hope it doesnt. rubber tires degrade and break down too easily.
i also hope the die cast is kept to a minimum. since paint flakes off of diecast too easily.
please no light or sound gimmicks. that drives the cost too high.

 

that wasn't even a reveal i think the devy silhouette was just there as a comparison in size to show how big their omega supreme was going to be ... i got a bit trigger happy creating the thread

Yup, the MP Dinobot thread takes the cake with 113 pages of discussing about nothing until a CG render of the figure was revealed.

Before then it was literally just a silhouette of the CG model from the show.

 

To be fair, that placeholder silhouette for FT Devy is still substantially more than what's been provided here. Every silhouette tease they've posted has come to fruition - Omega, Skyfire, the Dinobots, etc. - so there actually is a rumor credibility to the one of Devy. This thread, however, has made it to 82 pages from nothing but a scan of a partial line drawing and interview segment that states next year will be the 35th Anniversary of the Convoy/Prime character.

 

You sound like TT's teases don't come to fruition.
