I made some weapons for the Studio Series figures in case of anyone interested. See my sig.

Honestly, i'd like to have another DOTM Megatron for SS, he deserves it, even though i still like mine from DOTM.

DOTM Megatron is my favorite movie Megatron in terms of design. I can even imagine that design if he'd be fully healthy.

It's unfortunate the voyager wasn't able to use his backpack mass, to bulk up his torso.
I mean, he definetely looks too anemic compared to Starscream ( although I believe the sides of Starscream's torso are supposed to be more alike a cybertronian version of the skin tissue inbetween limbs, rather than structural torso mass )

If DOTM Megatron makes it to Studio Series, I'd say he deserves to be a small Leader figure.

My only problem with Blackout is his Gorilla Hands. I hope a third party finds a way to fix that.

Finally, a decent blackout. He's a bit on the small side but definitely is an improvement over the movie 1 Voyager.

Yeah, what we see on the cgi model and the ROTF figure is the wings folded in half. The vertical tail fins should be on his collar bone section, while the horizontal fins end up on his back behind the wings. Even the Leader figure didn't get that right. Still, what we've got here is a fair enough approximation. Blackout's hands and weapon bother me more as they make a the figure not as perfect as it really could've been; his rotor blade weapon is meant to replace his hand, not be mounted on his arm, so really don't understand why they didn't make the rotar a separate piece that plugs onto the wrist, with the hand folded away, and just have the rest of the tail section fold into the back. Still, he's otherwise really nice.

I find it quite funny and sad at the same time that MPM Optimus and Bumblebee are less well proportioned that a lot of the Studio Series.

I’d actually beg to differ on optimus. Mpm prime does not look all that appealing.. to me the Rotf leader and SS optimus look better than it. Idk, it messes up on the fore arms and chest to me.

A nice phrase to describe to hundred of dollars POS.

    "At least it's better than..."

MPM Prime was definitely a disgrace in every way.

I really hope I find the leaders at Walmart tommorow tried earlier but they only had voyagers.

In terms of price I agree, but in terms of movie accuracy I think mpm prime wins. The rotf leader looks good but I think is too bulky. But for the price it was when it was out it is great. And the chest I feel on ss is really off. That’s what’s keeping me from getting him. The black pieces between the windows looks off. But again, for something $30 they’re allowed to have hiccups.

I disagree man but that’s fine, each figure appeals to everyone differently. I will say for each ones price range ss Optimus does a good job for $30

Do you really have nothing better to do than bash on what some people like?
