Those who have played the games will get the many references on this figure from the alt mode, colors, chest design, dual swords (one silver and one steel) and more... When Geralt of Rivia got a contract to slay a monster that was said to be twenty feet tall with metal skin, he had no idea what it could be. Nothing in the bestiary told of such a creature and he recalled nothing like it from his training at Kaer Morhen. Nevertheless, Geralt took on the contract, curious as to what the new challenge might be. Upon finding the monster, Geralt found there were several, all camping in a huge structure that he could only surmise was a crashed vessel from the stars. Knowing he was no match for the beasts, the witcher called upon the aid of his sorceress friends Triss and Yennifer. When the three were able to single one of the creatures out, they did all they could, but still could not fell the beast. Just as the metal monster was about to crush Geralt into paste, Yennifer cast a powerful spell that called upon the inner soul of the alien giant, inadvertently activating something within it that allowed it to reconfigure its body into a new form. This caused the creature to fall to the ground for only a brief moment, but it was long enough for Geralt to bring down his sword hard, severing metal veins and bones. The witcher chopped and chopped at its neck until a brilliant blue flash sent all to their knees. When the three got back to their feet, Yennifer and Triss were shocked to see that the severed head of the monster had merged with Geralt as some kind of armor. Geralt discovered that he could ride within the new giant wolf form that the decidedly mechanical monster had taken, and he could transform his armor into a head that could control the towering golem body. The first time he combined with the creature as its head, Geralt received a flood of information, including the knowledge of how to control his new weapon, and what these robots in disguise actually were. "Picked a fight with a witcher. Decepticons must have had a death wish."
Don't know the game, but I enjoyed the back story. The custom as well. Where is the head master face from?
Well I'll attach a few pics of Geralt below and his wolf medallion which I sculpted onto his chest. In the games he is known as the white wolf, thus the alt mode. I sculpted the face, and a little ponytail on the back of his head.
I've played 2 and 3, they are epic and amazing games and this is an equally epic and amazing custom. The back story was a fun read and felt just like a journal entry in the game too.
Oh my god the Kaer Morhen armor!! Oh my god the dual swords!!! Oh my god the Wolf school medallion!!! I LOVE THIS!! I remember doing a Metal Gear Solid/Transformers Custom crossover. I have to find that figure and maybe post it here.
Sure there are! Except for Manticore school. Cheetor for cat school, Polarclaw for bear school, Grimwing for griffin school, and ... that Japanese Beast Wars Neo snake guy for viper maybe? Er maybe not since he's obviously a cobra.
I meant from Titan Masters, to fit the same idea here that the armor is ridden in by the Witcher. Unless you were to make your own Witcher schools... hmmm. The School of the Bat, which focuses on stealth and hiding, with Witchers taught how to move utterly silently and how to blend into their environment? School of the Crocodile, which focuses on quick, brutal kills to quickly end the battle? School of the Dragon, which was seen as an elitist Witcher School that would select Witchers from other schools and train them to become Grandmasters...
