WST Soundwave. Comes with a tiny Ravage that's about as big as a micro SD card, if not smaller.

It is called World's Smallest Transformers. I think a company called Justi-Toys made them
They were shrunk down G1 figures, Soundwave is less than 2 inches tall. He does come with a "nano" Ravage (Blaster came with a "nano" Steeljaw) but he is literally so tiny l would lose him if he wasn't stored safely.
The cassettes do transform. Albeit very simplified

Infinite Transformations Megatron. I needed one that I could mess with without continuing the paint scraping on my MP-36. He is awesome, and fits the bill quite nicely!

Bot of the day! Scoop lad! Another little gem in the Thrilling:30. I really love the updated design on him. They've given him such more 'heroic' proportions in bot mode. And I'm a sucker for BIG tire.
My friend had the old G1 version, and I kind of loved him. I'm not sure why. Maybe I just saw on the right day? Whatever, I definitely thought he was a cool toy, back in '88 or '89 when I saw him.
