For all their flaws you could do that with TFC's old combiners. They just used Energon ports from Hercules through Hades so it was an easy swap. Only 1 Devastator leg left him off balance though.

Should be closer to 45cm (MMC replied with this answer via FB). So not quite the Zeta scale, but around that oversized KO combiners and UT Bruticus. 17.5-18". Of course nothing is confirmed so who knows for sure!
