I hope some of the fans ask good Optimus Primal Beast wars related questions, like questions about Season 3 episode 1, some of the Hardcore fans are divided on that one haha and I personally would just love a definite answer for the record from a person involved in the show to if this is Primes spark in a matrix shaped spark container, Primes AMOL or meant to be both in one because the ultimate guide calls it Spark/Matrix while many other sources say it's just Primes Spark.
Honestly I don't think Garry Chalk would really remember these trivia like some of the hardcore fans after so many years, you are better off asking the writers of the episode.
Even if he did, he might not have the context of the history of the matrix in regards to Beast Wars to make a conclusive answer everyone will accept. They played it reasonably fast and loose with the ties to G1, IIRC (I recall they turned to the fandom for some inspiration/explanation at times as well), and DiTillo simply may not have been considering the full implications of having Optimus Primal hold a matrixy thing in that episode, which is probably why we're having the discussion in the first place. As for Chalk and Kaye together at TFcon, are they gonna kiss?
