OMG! I hit GOLD!!! Well, to me I did. :lol  I just came home with a G1 Springer. No scratches, no paint chips, great chrome, great joints, and with all his accessories (blade/sword & gun). Amazing shape! I'm really happy. And I only paid $45 for it. Found it locally, too. I'm really happy to add him to my collection and stand next to FansToys Apache. It's been a great G1 week!!!

Mine, too! He wasn't before, but Grotusque grew on me so much since I got Flypro. You're display looks fantastic! I love your setup.

I think I’m gonna pass out. I paid $60 for mine, and he has some chrome wear. Though his joints are nice and solid. Is yours die-cast or plastic-chested?

Mine is plastic chest version. But I actually prefer that as I don't have to worry about chipping or scratching. Joints are tight. Love it. A while back I did get a G1 Sandstorm with the metal feet. That was the first time I realized there were running changes with G1 toys (also G1 Magnus and Radius with plastic wheels, seeker jets with multiple variations, etc). Some G1 TF's seem harder to find in good shape than others, too. I don't know how some here seem to find such pristine G1 toys. I have to scrounge around and sometimes I get lucky. One day I'll find a C9 Skywarp, Prowl, and Bluestreak. :)

Honestly in your position I would sell anything else if funds were tight and keep my Grail. The last thing I would ever sell is my G1 Fortress Maximus. I dreamed about that figure for years since I was a small child. He will be mine till all are one.

This pic is an Homage to the G1 Marvel book when Optimus surrendered to Scorponok to fight Unicron. G1 Soundwave is still the best Soundwave out there

The Terrorcon love last week gave me the idea for this pic.

G1 and POTP Hun-Grrr peruse their G1 toon color model:

This might be the incorrect place for this question, but I wasn't sure where else to post it. Does anyone know anything about this figure? I've never heard of it and I've tried searching around for it. The only links I can find for it link back to the same images used in the auction. Is this a legitimate figure?

Custom by either Mirage Boxes or Starta, can't remember which one. I got some of the other ones they did, but it's 100% a custom.

Picked these up at a toy show last Sunday. Never had the Autobot Clones which is odd since I have a twin brother. We did buy the Decepticon Clone way back in 1987. The Battlechargers needs a lot of cleaning but they still work. Just got reprolabels today so guess what I going to do???

I don't have pictures just yet, but I just got Landmine, and Skullgrin is on the way; two pretenders I never had as a kid. I'm slowly completing my G1 collection. By reissues I have practically the entire 1984 line, and I do have all the large headmasters, and I'm looking to complete my small headmasters, large targetmasters, and pretenders of all types.

Such a great series with so many cool ideas.
