I preordered from that link, but it was after I had already messaged them on Facebook letting them know I wanted one, so I basically preordered just to make sure I was in the system.  

Shoot them an e-mail and ask them if they have any more.

That being said, mine arrived last night and I'll be opening him soon.  

 

There are black Ironhides in the wild. You can likely find one used on eBay.

I sent them a message over Facebook, and they said they are re-selling the ones they got at Cyber City Con.
I ordered one. I don’t know how many more they’ll have.

 

Yeah, I ordered one from them this morning too. They implied they were running low but thought they were getting more next week (don't quote me on that).

I ordered last night and Eddie messaged me confirming I was actually getting one. It's worth getting in touch with him. ToyDojo is actually my favorite stateside retailer, period.

 

VERY nice. The remolded face is WAAAAAYYYY better than the initial black Diaclone version's. Honestly I like that face better than the official MP!

 

Agreed. I so very happy the 'dojo was able to make these available. I never could get past the official's numerous flaws, and TFC's was nice but not G1 enough for the rest of my display. I already had Salus, so I'm thrilled to complete the pair. And the head is better too. Until recently, I had given up on ever getting this guy, so it's a very pleasant turn of events.

 

I placed an order for Animus back on Mar 3. I emailed eddie asking if it was going to be fulfilled and got the following response:

"Thank you for your pre-order of the Voodoo Animus. We've been able to secure some of the special Cyber City Convention exclusives but without the Cyber City Sleeve. Let us know if you would like us to substitute this version over the official release. We're not sure when the mass release will be and don't know if there will be any differences. If you're ok with the substitution we'll get the figure shipped out with your order."

I responded saying I was OK with Animus without the sleeve, so hopefully it gets shipped out soon. Can't wait to finally have this guy.

 

Got a shipping notice from ToyDojo yesterday, I should have this guy Friday.

 

Do we need to re-pre-order from Toy Dojo? I've had this pre-ordered since 2016 and didn't get any in-stock notification.

 

Might be valuable to ping them. I hadn't pre-ordered, and just contacted them directly, and got mine.
I suspect they just forgot.

 

Yeah, just talked with them, they offered the Cyber City Convention exclusive. I jumped on the opportunity!

 

Now lets hope they reissue the black version and ratchet with the updated engineering.

Got mine yesterday. Updated hips are great. I'll have to pull out my black version and Ratchet to see if there are any other differences.
