I got an extra Twinferno to make into a Dinobot too. Going to make him Skar since I’ve seen at least one other person do that. I also picked up RID Twinferno to maybe use as Strafe.


Unrelated to Dinobots, kind of, I’m going to be picking up a Generations Armada Starscream to use as non-Beast Terrorsaur to go with Legends G2 Megatron.

 

I recommend using the Ramhorn titanmaster (if you're making Strafe)

 

I might get two Gun type Prime masters to use with a custom G1 combiner. Provided they fit sizewise.

 

So I was planning on getting POTP Tailgate to "taste" the mold but my GF got ahead and got me Windcharger. Tailgate is gonna be my Universe Rook, but since the Protectobot already has that name, he needs a new one. Came across this page:

Rook is pretty popular TF name.

 

Protectobot Rook is CHUG Strongarm on my shelves. IF they ever do a Rook repaint of Windcharger, he'll be Rook.

 

As one of the dwindling handful of Shattered Glass fans out there, I purchased TAV Greejeeber with the express purpose of using him/her as SG Strongarm. One nice thing about SG (especially when you include the figures that were "officially" repurposed to flesh out the line) is that it's already such a grab bag of molds that minor cross-line aesthetic mismatches don't really stand out.

 

I've been thinking about using my SG figures as "clones" to bulk up my Cybertronian Empire display.

 

Alright so Takara released a Clouder Titan master with Kickback. Clouder is Japan's version of Doubledealer. Take the LG G2 Megatron and pop Clouder on there and you get another modern tripe-changer Doubledealer with ports on the shoulders. You could even add a POTP hand (remove the thumbs) as a Powermaster port.

I might turn Prime Ratchet into Cybertron Red Alert with a Repainted Tomahawk head.

Maybe find a junker Breakdown and create some alternate parts?

 

Certainly a possibility. Those blue legs I don't know about but a red face would be nice.

 

You know what else would be cool? Add some TR guns to him so he can be a "Micromaster Transport" in vehicle mode.

 

I like the idea of an anti-aircraft cannon. Those arms microns... things he comes with are terrible.

I debate adding paint to the hood or portions of the leg where the rust/mud spatter pattern is present. But I may paint the upper legs a drab blue.

 

If your want to make it anti-aircraft then I recommend TR Galvatron's gun. It has a hinge that allows it to aim upward and can incorporate a gunner.
