Just got Brawl in.
One of the front feet that flip out was glued to the side of the foot. The other would barely move. Disassembled both feet and shaved a little off.
Other than a couple stress spots forward of his shoulders and a little glue at the front of the foot block he seems ok in bot mode.
Treads are tedious.

Received my Uproar today, it is the best so far! The working treads make a huge difference in alt-mode!

 

Swindle is going to be more expensive!

For some reason Swindle is $65.99 at TfSource. Uproar also was raised to that price but if you had it preordered you still paid $59.99

It's $2 more than the rest on ShowZ. I wouldn't worry about $2. It's still dirt-cheap and I'm sure it'll be worth every penny (even if the alt mode is still completely wrong).

 

That humvee is gorgeous! It has suspension and the front wheels have a steering system!... I can't ask for more!

I think the thing that bugs me the most is that Swindle could have been less bulky without the need to hide the roof parts (since they wouldn't exist), potentially slimming him down a little bit (though he'd arguably then not fit with the others, but still).

They're meant to be $60. Don't know how you'd have got them for $45.

Blast Off, Vortex, and Brawl were $59.99 on preorder.
I see that right now Brawl can be added to cart for $65.99 and Swindle is on preorder for the same.

So there was a $6 increase somewhere.

Maybe TFSource is going through the official Zeta approved channel now to get the figures and not their cheaper route, thus raising their prices?

 

It's hard to say because ShowZ has only a $2 price difference and free shipping (or ~$1 to some countries), hence the slightly higher price ($62.99 for the first three and $64.99 for Swindle).
Either way, they're still rather cheap.

Boy these guys are a mixed bag!

Just got Zetas Brawl, Blastoff and Vortex yesterday. So far I've only transformed each of them to alt mode one time. I think they may be staying in alt mode until their teammates arrive to form Bruticus because the bot modes are terrible! Vortex is the worst, Blastoff is the best but none are good.

Alt modes are, however, glorious! Brawl is my favorite I think, it just looks like a detailed model of a tank, its great! The treads looks great too but are certainly not worth the annoyance they present in bot mode. All their alt modes are extremely solid and tab together quite well. I wish Vortex was the correct model but this chopper still looks awesome too!

I'm still looking forward to Bruticus but boy do I wish these bot modes were better!

 

I agree with pretty much all of this. Alt modes are really the stars of this set so far. Really impressive looking vehicles. Bot modes look best as big imposing brutes at the back of a display.

Happy to keep them like that until they’re all released and I can finally assemble Bruticus.
