Not sure about CHUG buyers (still) being the bigger buyer, but I definitely agree with your sentiment. There are so many CHUG Decepticons that are deluxe class that you'd really wish a 3rd party company would jump in and makes other CHUG figures to fit with that. That would mean legends/scout cars and deluxe trucks.

On the other hand, this does force you (at least, if you want to) to get into a completely new collection.

Well, I'm a part of the minority of those who want the mini-bots made into Deluxes; but that's another discussion for another time.

Now I have seen a lot of people ditching their collections to focus on MP's; but it *seems* to me that there are more abandoning the MP scale due to space; plus, how frustrating must it be that after securing MP10 in your collection, that there might be a V3 coming down the road?

If I haven't already been collecting Deluxes for several years with a pretty good number of figures, I might be inclined to start collecting this size; but as it is, I'm more interested in continuing / concluding that aspect of this hobby. Unfortunate, as these are beautiful figures. I'm pining after MFT's osko DX9 Dinobots because they are better looking than PotP... and at a larger size to go with my osko Warbotron Grimlock (dinosaur king? Don't remember.)

The MFT OS KO Dinobots are definitely Deluxe size and pair well with that Grimlock (assuming you don't mind a Voyager Grimlock/Deluxe rest-of-the-dinobots crew).

EDIT: I think we've discussed this a bit in one of the other threads but here's a pic which came afterwards, not sure if you saw.

Yeah, I know I’ve had this discussion before, although I don’t recall *that* particular photo.

When I hit a point where I’m not ‘collection gap filling’ I might nab MFT Sixshot. I have no attachment to the character or the toys... but this particular figure looks good.

Might even get the weird size Shockwave- take it in CAD, o/s it, and put it up on Shapeways.

You say you want a deluxe Starscream? This OSKO of Iron Factory's is starting to show up on eBay, and they're available from TF-Direct: OS Iron Factory Wing of Tyrant (Starscream)-Eagle Fighter Red EAX-LFAX-8 TVM-OS

    It's a smallish Deluxe (5.1 inches tall.)

(I've got a couple on the way now.)

Looks ~12.3 cm in the pic, making him a centimeter taller than this guy is.

Wouldn't Shockwave be smaller than the Dinobots? To me it looked like that scale made sense.

Yeh, I just didn't feel MFT Galv, Springer and HS Soundwave fit that great with it.

    Thanks a lot ^_^
