Its the 30th anniversary of the franchise as a whole. Capcom are making a big deal about it over 2017 and 2018 even though they are not focusing on the original 1987 game. Besides, I read Takara approached Capcom first to do these toys and Capcom agreed.

These should exist. I won't be getting any of them since I have Hasbro Optimus Prime, Takara Octane, Hasbro Megatron, Takara Blitzwing and soon Takara G2 Megatron. I like the molds but I can't justify getting more of them even though I like Street Fighter too. I don't need a red repaint of Hot Rod and I don't need Chun-Li. If they were sold individually, I'd probably have just gotten Vega/Bison.

Perhaps they should have done another wave celebrating Mega Man's 30th anniversary with a Mega Man, Protoman and Dr. Wily three-pack?

Yeah, I would have gone for a Mortal Kombat Sub-Zero/Scorpion 2-pack usng a couple of the carbots (preferably Hot Rod and/or Chromedome) and recolours of two of the TR faceplated heads (not those of the Primes, though)

Mortal Kombat isn't popular in Japan like Street Fighter is.

Ha, you have to appreciate their sense of humor with homaging the characters' special moves with the figure placement inside the plastic trays and clear window packaging.

That said, while I like the molds themselves, these decos are a bit too weird even for me, a Street Fighter and TF fan. Unfortunately, there are way too many other things commanding my wallet and dissuading me from picking these up.

Goddammit. It actually is Megatron with Bison as a Headmaster and not just Bison piloting a robot. Does that mean I have to track it down for my Megatron collection?

The Chun-Li Arcee kind of really sucks. It would have been much better using the TR Arcee mold so it fit in with the others.

This is legitimately the greatest packaging ever. The toys themselves, meh, but the packaging is brilliant.

This is as far as I’d go having a SF x TF mash up.

Still the question which molds to use? Would they use the CW Rodimus Legends molds to make reference to their height in the actual games? Or use the TR rodimus molds Cuz' Deluxe molds? Also... Wouldn't Megaman come with Rush? So it would be Megaman,Rush and Protoman, Meanwhile Dr. Wily... Well, which mold would fit him though? Like his whole skull motif for his wily machines are sorta a thing, I mean besides bludgeon, Wily could be a Cosmos redeco to make reference to his flying saucer he tends to show up in some of the games.

I disagree. The Arcee mold used evokes Chun-Li FAR better than the TR mold did. If the others weren't TR molds (and I notice that the packaging doesn't really call out the TR heads of the others), THIS is absolutely the mold people would expect.

Also, Here's a nother question. If the SF2xTF Line (Does) continue on, which molds would be fitting for Guile, Blanka, Zangief, Vega/Balrog, Balrog/M.Bison, Sagat and Dhalsim?

Wait - what is that? A actual game featuring TFs, TMNTs, pacman, ghostbusters, and SF?
