Wave 2 Prime Masters sighted at Belleview/Yosemite King Soopers.

 

Nothing new at Cornerstar Target as of yesterday afternoon. Walmart at Parker & Chambers finally had PTOP figures. 1x RU and Rippersnapper. Left both. Target at Quincy & Buckley had only wv1 stuff, but they had only 3 voyagers, so they have room to put out wv2, unlike Cornerstar, which has 3x of each.

I'm hearing reports that Walmart exclusive Thanos is hitting stores. If anyone sees one, give a shout out please

Came across my first case of toy swapping in walmart the other day. Swapped Elite One for TR Megatron. I hope the person forgets how to read.

 

I haven't seen one yet in Longmont but only checked one of the stores so far. I want Thanos too.

The Walmart I was at didn't really have anything out. An army of Shrapnels, one Beachcomber and one Windcharger, one Jazz and a couple of Dreadwings. Movieverse stuff was mostly a ton of the (now) old Dread SVU guy, a few spare Dinobots, a Hound and a Voyager Megatron.

If they had a few Slashes I would have got them. I thought of picking up a Dreadwing so I can do a swap and a repaint him into a better Strafe but.... Meh. I think I'm burned out on mainline. They aren't as good as they use to be. On the upside they had the Spiderman Vulture wave (only the second case I've seen there of it) so I picked up a couple of those instead. Less Transformers means more Marvel Legends, kind of sucks cause I only want Slash and the Primes from the first wave now.

 

I haven't seen anything in weeks. I guess Ive just been hitting the wrong stores at the wrong times. I didn't even know wave 2's were out yet. I've mostly been looking for the Rodimus, but havent seen any Leader class at all.

Have any of you guys been to our one closing TRU? Any good sales there?

 

Ah ha! I found some new stuff today in SW. Leader class sans Rodimus at SW TRU, Deluxe Rippersnapper and Voyager Hun grr at Belleview Walmart, and Legends wave 2 at both. I'm still looking for that Rodimus.

 

Still trying to find Hun-grr and Moonracer. Hit a few places, Walmarts barren and Target is going backwards and stocking all wave one PotP except leaders.

 

That's been my experience lately, down here on the SE side. Target seems to have been late to get their shipments and overstuffed the shelves with wv1. WMs don't have a lot.

 

Only wave 2 I need left is Elite One, and I am excited to see what they do with Elite-Infin1te, but I am really disappointed with Optimus Primal... even the TFWiki page for the toy had the caption "I bet a lot of people wish they had voted for Star Saber"... I'm still going to get it, but I still hope they release Star Saber and Deathsaurus later on

 

Stopped by Westminster TRU yesterday. They had wave 2 POTP in all classes.

I was trying to check further but the employees had shit all over the floor and were diligently working so I gave up and thought I could find the figures somewhere else.

From what I could see at a distance was wave 2 (Menasor aka Rodimus Unicronus, Battetrap, deluxe figures) unsure if wave 1 was present. (I was looking for normal painted rodimus.

 

I found wave 1 Leader class at Englewood WalMart today. I left one of each Rodimus and Optimus at noon.

I think I just need deluxe wave 2 and I'm caught up.

 

HMM, do I make the 20 minute drive from boulder to longmont for the Rodimus... hmmmmm

 

Looking for the Studio Series Thundercracker Toys R Us Exclusive if anyone sees it while they're out. Looks like it's making the rounds at TRU's elsewhere in the country already.

 

I saw Deluxe Rippersnapper and darkwing at Ralston WalMart today, and wave 1 Leaders at every WM Ive been to this week.
