To be honest, from what I have seen of Hoodlum, he looks fairly basic when compared to MP-36 and 39. Hope he turns out great though.

 

The chest is the real thing to take from it though

 

Has this guy got the more realistic stats and not the Movie inflated stats of MP28.

I am really looking forward to Hoodlum. I like what I see but I still don’t think he looks as good as Takara’s existing Hot Rod mold. That’s just me.

I will prob buy him though. I love Fanstoys quality. And I am a sucker for Roddy. lol

 

Each to their own, although I must agree the offical targetmaster looks better.

 

I like the colouring on this one much better than the last one, my only gripe is the light maroon brown on the legs and the white on the crotch,
If the legs are black plastic I might be able to remove the paint, but I'm not sure

I really like the yellow they've used for his spoiler and the flames on his chest.

I imagine they are unpainted plastic, so should be possible to remove.

 

Any simple way to switch the chrome parts from MP40 to the previous MP Hot Rod?

Oh well. I can really wind my brother up now. He hates overpowered hot rod stats but concedes that the masterpiece stats are the final word. He uses TM Rodders as his default rodders stats and ignores movie stats. Guess now, based on his own rules, that he will have to concede that rodders is hard as f**k and would kick Sunstreakers ass. Sunny is his fav lol.

Strange to hear that the box and card aren't of good quality but I'm glad the figure is good. I'm tempted to order this.

 

Are those tech specs from hot or from prime. Because last I checked hotrod wasn\'t shit and was directly reaponsible for getting prime merc\'d.

Not available anywhere on ebay or taobao as far as I can see. Think the only time we got MP accessories 'sold separately' was 21G's jetpack, and that's going back awhile.
