I’ve learned that those tracking updates from USPS can be bogus. Apparently their system auto-updates based on a time schedule. I had a MPP-10 update all the way to “out for delivery” on Jan 12th. Still haven’t received it and it hasn’t updated since. Upon speaking to my local PO, he told me that the last actual scanned update was upon it’s arrival in Chicago. All other updates were system-generated and it likely never left customs.

 

I wonder if everything being rushed out of China has slowed down customs. My packages usually clear in a day or two but ive had one sitting in Canadian customs for 9 days now.

 

Finally got mine. Looks a lot better in hand, especially the barrel chest. But he's a bit floppy outside of the only ratched joints -- his knees -- even after tightening every screw I could get to. His feet are some of the worst I've ever seen. Those forearm panels are an unsecured nightmare. Wish he came with a second gun, don't even care if it doesn't store anywhere, and it does seem kinda small like MP-10's stock ion rifle. Might give him one of my spare KFC guns to hold. Transformation back and forth is pretty intuitive after the first go-around. Nowhere near as good as Power Train and that guy has the added handicap of a combined mode transformation.

Not a huge fan of the matte finish and the type of plastic used, it reminds me of the same material used on Striker Manus(sold him too). I assume it's used because it's super strong and flexible as opposed to plastics used on figures like Fans hobby Gunfighter that seem super rigid and glossy (is it weird that this is what bugs me about some toys) and all of that is just a nit pick really, other than that, it's awesome!

MOSTLY I'm trying to thin out my collection a bit and I have that new Zeta Toys IDW Prime on the way (recolored Toyworld Orion) RIGID GLOSSY PLASTIC!

I mostly collect MP but I have a small OP collection that mainly consist of voyager scale figures so GT-03 goes and the new "Orion" takes his place.

 

I got him and megs from show z. They shipped them separately because i made 2 purchases. Optimus shipped first and got returned to sender. Megatron took like 3.5 weeks. Not blaming show z. They shipped a new optimus as soon as they saw the RTS (before I even informed them) and it took the quoted 10 days or so. Must have been something funky in China but it was back in January they were shipped.

 

I got it a while ago actually. I still havent transformed it and I dunno if I will. I ordered 4 things and they shipped each out separately.. I'm still waiting for the last one to arrive which was the one I was looking forward to the most, being the transforming trailer for DotM leader Prime.

 

Wait, wat? Goddamn it's too hard to keep up. Zeta is reissuing Orion with a glossy finish? Argh. I never did get my GT3 from that scammy ebay seller and just got my PayPal refund the other day. I was shopping around for another GT3 but I might have to get the Zeta instead. I used to have Orion but the plastic showed stress marks like crazy so I got rid of it. I like the size better on Orion too...hrrrrmm....

 

mine came in. It's not SUPER glossy but still pretty with the darker red, blue and silver compared to Orions pastel colors, they also extended the legs on him compared to Orion by about a centimeter. I haven't transformed him yet but I probably won't hold on to this guy (I think I'm just gonna hold out for FlameToys Optimus for my IDW Prime even though it doesn't transform) if you want to buy mine pm me.

I havent transformed him yet either. Literally sitting with him now debating. I think its cheaper for them to ship seperate because at a certain size the price goes up. Its annoying for sure.
