Thanks to Transformers Chile on Facebook we have our very first sighting of Transformers Authentics in Latin America. Transformers Authentics Bumblebee, Megatron and Optimus (the small ones) were spotted at Supermercados Lider (which is a Walmart subsidiary) for only 4990 Chilean Pesos ($8.43 approximately). This is a very good price, half of the regular price of a Legends figure at Chilean retail. We have also got a good set of in-hand images of Authentics Megatron, thanks to MilRobots blog. Wow. Only one response in before the unnecessary negativity starts. This line sure brings out the best in the fandom. New record? Been looking for these at US stores with no luck. That Megatron looks like a lot of fun. Can't wait to finally get one and spam the crap out of it all over the place.
Big legends figure for cheaper than a legends price? Nothing wrong with that I think. It is funny to me how much better the Decepticon figures look than the Autobots.

What? I was going to agree... but when you put him next to actual Legends figures??? He kind of looks... Terrible. Like the crotch area looks very KO. Not sure why my eyes gravitated there... except that he's Megatron and that's where I check?
Give me a break! These are pure garbage. They deserve nothing but negativity. Hasbro shouldn't be wasting the resources to produce such crap. I'm sick of this shit clogging up the pegs & being kicked around all over the toy dept. It just looks horrible, like a K-Mart going out of business.
Your opinion is duly noted. Again. And again. Personally, I like how Megatron and Starscream look and will be happy to find them at Dollar General or Family Dollar. You know, the places these figures are meant to be sold at, or did you miss that fact?
I wonder if you can put his fusion cannon on his right arm like his g-1 self... if not, i\'m sure some customizer will create a version of him with a more accurate version of this mold
For what it costs, it’s not bad? It doesn’t set my imagination on fire and the legs are questionable. But then again, how is this any worse than those rippersnapper->grimlock repaints that happened, at least I can tell what this is meant to be! As a toy though, it’s the ideal starting point from rescue bots to a more complex world of generations and movie toys.
