So... leaked pics like when?  

 

That's the part that's shocking me the most. I figured we'd have seen TONS of pics by now. At least some of the grainy pics like the ones that leaked pretty much the entire POTP line.

 

Or bam! right out of the blue without any warning just like Grotusque.  :

Yep. Between posts 263 and 264.

 

They should've shown this along with Blast Off and Counterpunch at Toy Fair. Pictures are probably going to get leaked before they even get officially announced anyway.

 

This news still alive? I'm not hearing or seeing any update.

 

We didn't get any pics of Battletrap until he was already on shelves, another recent release did that too I think. May is coming up pretty soon, maybe they'll reveal them with a hard retail launch some time in April....?

 

If there were updates you wouldn't need to bump this thread to ask if there updates.

 

The whole wave 2 got shelved before pics came out. Guess we goota wait till May

 

I'll never understand this mentality. Do people really think there is some sort of secret cabal that has inside knowledge beyond what's publicly known? And even if that were the case, why would those people jump at the first opportunity to reveal their knowledge when they didn't feel the need before?

 

Sometimes there has been updates since the last time a person followed the thread, not everybody follows every single post and not everyone reads through threads before posting. Not gonna say wether i feel that is right or wrong, but people are asking a simple question looking for a simple answer, not much reason to get snippy or snarky

 

It's safe to say if the thread hasn't been active in a *month* that there isn't anything new.

Please don't bump threads asking if there is news. If there is, we'd have posted about it. All this does is disappoint the rest of us.

Yes. And that's been proven through the years.

That's also happened on occasion...and generally there's a hand slap of some sort that occurs thereafter that puts a lid on things for awhile. We're currently in a "lid" phase right now, after the leaked PotP catalog fiasco.

 

... Don't get me wrong. It's nice, but I don't know that I'd want ANOTHER use of that mold.

And I know that's just a fan's creation.

 

In an ideal world we'd have something brand new, but if the choice was between something like that and a redeco/minor retool of PotP Rippersnapper I think I'd rather have the Grotusque retool. Each to their own likes.

 

Retool of a Terrorcon is my Preference , Grotusque having a simuler body type is enough for me , but I fear that the MONSTERBOT`S will be major retools of one another just as the Decepticon TargetMasters are .   Damn .

 

i'd prefer a Grotusque retool. if only for the sake of symmetry. i'd find it oddly satisfying if all 3 monsterbots were done from the same mold.
