Fact: bro it's literally a computerized image, I obviously love this figure but even then must concede we have no approximations to size. Unless you're going off assumptions with Peru Kill which was also done by UT?

Where the figure has the upper hand for me is its attention to detail for the car enthusiast. Hot Fire doesn't have the front orange stripes running through the grill, and the windows certainly aren't as transparent as one that will potentially house a rider.

But Bumblebee had a better agent. Just look at him now. His career took off and Skids is waiting tables at Cheesecake Factory.

He is almost MPM Bumblebee size, maybe a bit taller. Around ~16 cm tall. But I am not entirely sure...However, UT / DX9 have said that he will scale correctly with the rest of the MPM crowd.

Wish the "Stomach" on this guy was more accurate. Its the only thing TFEVOs has over it.

Since nobody's done it yet, I "un-faded" the rear view to get a better look. Starting to warm up to this after watching a video transformation of TFEVO's.

Need the grey prototype to ascertain the proportions and articulations. Especially the legs.

I thought it was obvious I was being melodramatic.

I guess I need to try harder.

Someone else said it up thread: this looks like the one you get if you want to play with your toy and Evo is the one you get if you just want something to look at.

TFEVO's is straight garbage on the transformation front. It's ridiculous.

I'm equally relieved and disappointed by that. Disappointed that I have to say no to what otherwise looks like a beautiful toy, but relieved that I only have to buy one Hot Rod now instead of both of them. Of course it does remain to be seen what the transformation on La Hire is like. I feel pretty comfortable assuming it'll be the same level of creatively intuitive elegance that most DX9/UT toys have, but anything is possible.

I wouldn't call it garbage, from an engineering standpoint its beautiful. It's just....... too beautiful engineering wise and not user friendly haha.

Oh, I'm not dinging the engineering by any means. They really put some effort into it, but for the end user, it blows @$$.

Although I have no handled it (obviously), from what the video shows I agree 100%. As an accurate figure he is awesome, as a toy not so much. I play with my figures thats why I'm keeping an eye in DX9
