The Bumblebee movie will be out because they are already so far along on the film. Barring some crazy unforeseen thing it's going to hit it's release date.

But after Bumblebee all we really have is Paramount has green lit another movie. But the thing is green lighting a film is not any form of confirmation. To bump up the box office for their Fantastic Four reboot Fox announced they had green lit a sequel to the movie knowing full well they had zero intention of putting more money into a failed franchise. Warner Brothers announced an entire slate of live action DC movies only to scale back their movies when Justice League didn't do the box office numbers they wanted. The release date of the Flash movie has been moved multiple times as it seems like every month brings the news of someone else who will direct the movie if it ever gets made.

There is nothing at all that would force Paramount to release a Transformers movie in 2019. If they wanted to they could delay the Transformers film and put some other film into that release date. They could even just leave that release date empty.

GI Joe and Transformers are the only 2 on the list I want to see on screen together.
