Yeah, I like the idea of VW Bug/hatchback Bee having a younger look while muscle car Bee has a more mature look.

I do like it. But his looking younger, while a little strange given his WW2 design, does make sense given this movie is targeting younger people. I hope to see some other characters soom, too!

Let’s not forget this is only the render for toy packaging, he will be definitely be more detailed in the movie. But the overall design is fresh while still honoring movie bumblebee.

The thing about the whole "ugh he looks young, but he didn't in WWII ugh" is that writers, concept artist, and others working on the film obviously just don't care that much the keep in eye in that detail.

The whole thing about this movie is that it's "A time before the 1st movie!" So the designers where all probably told, "Give me Bumblebee, but make him look like he was a toddler" and they just drew that until the design they found one they liked.

This happens every TF movie. They focus on everything that's in THIS movie, and then put in bits and peices of things from other films and make it seem like it makes a little bit of sense. That's why the continuity never connects in these movies.

Lets not forget this aint the first time the characters got a new head design based on the new vehicle form they took.

That reminds of a bit in a Mr Sunday movies video, about how all the X-men movies really exist in their own continuities, with little references to events from the last movie(s) but really it's seperate.

When I first saw this new pose, the first thing which came to my mind was that he's posing when Mike Shinoda first uttered "Check on the rep, yep, second to none". You can just imagine the move even. Crosses arms, leans to one side and leans to the other.

Hmm interesting. Its strange but I was expecting a more different look even though we have seen the BB logo prior for his head mould. It's got a more friendly look about him not as aggressive without his canon. SilverOptimus would I be able to cover the visual in one of my videos? I would obviously quote TFW as the source with links. I would like to discuss on my channel in more detail. Looking forward to seeing the image without arms crossed maybe slightly more natural.

Exciting to see and now looking forward to when we get some hints at Deceptions at some point.

Now, what are the chances of us getting a good look at the 4 pack of diecast cars, which I assume will have the other 3 confirmed robots in this movie? Unless it's a 4 pack of Bumblebees.

I don't like the facial design...do they even realize that 30 Earth years are nothing for alien robots? In real life Bumblebee would've looked the same even in the 19th Century. Also...robots don't grow!

You do remember that box art, especially of recent is always cartoon-ish.

I remember a lot of people that didn't like the Hot Rod design at first changing theirs minds once they saw some more official renders and him in action.

So I guess Bumblebee somehow de-aged between WWII and the 1980s lol
