Why is everyone so set on this being wrong scale? It's the scale Hastak used for the first 3 movies and this toy had gone to prototype before anyone had any incling of MPM BB being a thing.

 

As I've said before, I'm very glad that Alien Attack have opted to keep within the original scale rather than MPM, primarily because it's incredibly unlikely that we'll ever see the entire enormous cast of the movies covered by MPMs (whether by Hasbro or otherwise), not to mention HasTak have already proved their disinterest in scale and accuracy with the MPMs.

 

I think they were being sarcastic (at least I hope they were!).

Anyway, so jealous yours is coming in soon! Look forward to your impressions. Like I said earlier, mine WAS on its way, but then is being sent back to the warehouse for some reason. Boo

 

This. I'm really happy he scales well with the rest of the dotm cast. I'm still collecting MPM as a separate group, but Dino will definitely be displayed with my other movie deluxes/voyagers.

 

Why isn't this figure Masterpiece scale?

 

Prediction: Weijang will rip it off, upscale it, perfect it, and throw in the bald corporate guy as a figure. Or Kelsey Grammar.

Lets agree in something, the MPM Prime mould sucks.

 

Cause Unique toys is using 1/29 scale while all the traditional categories use 1/32 or 31 including MPM Optimus and Ironhide. MPM Bumblebee and Barricade are interestingly 1/29 maybe because HasTak couldn't make that complexity and engeneering in such a small vehicle, I'm happy that Alien Attack can
