Wow looks cool! Wonder if he's gone more ROTF leader with the hood transformation except without faux abs? Could the abs form from the back of the hood and the arm panels the front of the hood? Might explain why there seems to be more hood panels on the arms and why the front face of the abs looks to have been separated - maybe it flips out the way to allow the arms to pass through? If that's the case would allow the correct gradient deco! To bad will never be released 1:1

The last time i contacted to WeiJIang for something like that, i showed them the sketches we made, i got a vague response, but it's really nice that BLackApple it's doing a similar project. It looks really nice, IF they fix the back and they give it tanks wich are able to convert into the gun, it would be bought in day 1.
I hope they also improve the head so there's no big forehead gap. I've already modded mine like someone else here did, but the head suffered some nicks and melts in the process.
So, didn't decided to give up (yet), however, since BA's prime it's actually in the limbo of WeiJiang, i'll still continue the modifications, in fact, his back gave me an idea to make an easy solutions for the proportional problems in the figure. Here's some info:. -Now rendered in 3ds Max for better design possibilities. -Yes, i'm designing this now using this image as base. -This will be released even if BA's Prime gets produced, because of the great possibility of being oversized, this upgrade will be for the original mold's size. -Buster cannon still included.
Tried to recreate it. A bit of success, i'll try to recreate the wheel's covers' rotation with a similar joint to the HFTD BB's.
Not yet, but very soon, i've finished the adjustments and sculpt, hope my calculations are correct. I've made a prototype in a thick cardboard to show how it could work TL,DR; it's finished, i'll start to print it.
