This looks like the Omega to play with. Gabriel and Terminus are for the collectors. I'll be looking forward to seeing reviews on it.

 

The face seems to be a very polarizing element, but I'm in accord with your comment. Not liking it at all.

yea it's such a shame, I think the overall proportions are slightly off (looks tall and slender rather than squat) but nothing major. he face though....If that was better I wouldnt question buying this. As is, it's a hard sell

 

Looking at it i guess the tank is quite small, though still a lot of stuff.

 

I probably still get it if the price is right but yeah I rather Wiejiang just knock off the face, first Iron hide and now Omega. It sort of reveals that the designer isn't well versed in face anatomy that well.

Now, I have to wonder if that 699 Yuan/110 USD price is legit.

If Wei Jiang truly can pull this off at that price, then it's irrefutable proof that 3rd parties rip us off because they can.

 

his face seems to sit too far back. and his natural stance is pretty wide like he's about to do the Van Dame splits.

 

Hopefully a replacement head becomes available, but it isn't too bad with the visor down. I assume the front pivot is the transformation joint, while the head turn is the swivel, so he turns his head within the helmet while the helmet stays put.

 

What was Omega Supreme saying in the video? Anyone can understand it?

Weijang HAS issued out upgrade parts for their products lately with their Rendsora where they sent out fillers for the hollow parts and then articulated hands later on as well (not sure if they made an upgraded head), all of which were provided for free plus cost of shipping. At the very least, I'd say it's within a realm of possibility that Weijang would consider releasing upgrade parts later down the line.
