Not quite. They should be able to pivot back to lie flat on his shoulders, looking more like collarbones. The ROTF leader got it right, putting them on balljoints.

 

Love the paint and the tinted windows. If this guy turns out as good as he looks, I sense my MPM-4 going in the sale pile in the near future.

 

Toolboxes/steps shouldn't be blue at all, even raw grey plastic would be much better.

I think they "got it backwards" for how to fix it---Hasbro had the toolboxes part blue part silver--and WJ changed the wrong part. Honestly it was one of the bigger things that bugged me about the original's paint job, so to see so many other things fixed, but that aspect made much more wrong----really irks me.

 

All the sweet ass sweet paint work and yet they leave the cab step box unpainted *insert facepalm*
I will still pick up once its out

 

They fixed (literally) so many other things I don't give a damn about one minor issue.

 

I wish they would OS this. It would be pretty cool.

 

The step plates should be silver, not blue..just saying...

I don't know whether to get this since I already have the official BOTCHED Tabs and Hood one.

I need to see a video review before making a decision... I have already preordered the movie the best version, this KO has to be better build than the old leader class mold if they want me to change my mind and buy this one instead!

 

It would be a sure buy then. I have no need for a straight 1:1 KO of MPM Prime, even with the better paint and alt mode tab improvement.

As expected, paint job not quite to the level of the hand painted custom they originally posted, but 90% there which is awesome! Blue step box is damn unfortunate though - not sure what they were thinking. Panel in front of that should also only be partially silver, not silver all the way to the front fender. Side mirror seems to be missed too unfortunately - even the original has that (well, unless you got one of the Hasbro ones that didn't!  ). And of course a big boo that they didn't fix the shoulder guns and sun visors/collar bones, but ah well. Still well worth it to me as a display piece that the original should have been. Glad I have it pre-ordered!
