If the next line IS basically “Titans Return 2”, how would you handle that?

Scorponok presents a unique challenge due to the need to make him Titan Class while only having a single headmaster. G1 cheated by having a helmet which enlarged the head a bit. That won't work this time around if he is to match the other Titans in size. I am okay with revising the character a bit to have Fasttrack become Scorponok's head, and Zarak would become Fasttrack's head.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books are still referred to as a "trilogy" after going beyond three volumes, so why not?

If we do indeed get Titans Return 2: Energon Boogaloo, then I'll go all out like I did for Titans Return (skipping some figures for POTP). I'm guessing we'll get more Head/Titanmasters in a future line whenever they finally give us Scorponok as the yearly titan class figure. Maybe they'll do a catch-up line to fill holes left by Prime Wars and maybe throw in some new gimmicks alongside them. Just need some new transformation schemes for TM sized figures for the latter.

Because words mean things. Pretty sure the Hitchhiker books use "trilogy" as a joke.

They'll probably do that. After turning everyone into a combiner first and then into an headmaster, I can't see Hasbro having problems making scorponok a double headmaster like fortress maximus.

    Edit: correct typing error

If you work through all the possible choices for Scorponok at Titan Class, double headmaster is probably the least objectionable*. One can even give the middle robot some yellow claw hands to make the largest robot's antennas.

*Double headmaster, single headmaster w/Zarak being Cerebros size, no headmaster, giant helmet/driver situation (like how PE did Warden)

How about continuing the Prime Wars Trilogy but doing so as a spin off ?

The Prime Wars conclude as a stalemate with a large group of Bots and Cons boarding the Lost Light.

There you go. A Lost Light toy line. You can go in new directions and then sprinkle in a little bit of the old here and there as you please...

Think of it as the Matrix Quest if you want.

The head transforming into a smaller version of Scorponok would be brilliant. It solves the weird Marvel proportion issues by making him slightly larger than the other Decepticon Headmasters while also transforming into a titan-class base, scorp and robot mode.

If they ever make a Generations Beast Wars Silverbolt, I would like them to remold him into a magenta winged panther with golden wings. Rodimus Primal :D

Fangry would make a lot of sense from a new Silverbolt mold.

I remember the 90s rumor always being a phoenix as Rodimus Primal but then the Winnebago of animals is probably a camel or an elephant. Which means either a Big Convoy retool or a TFWiki page full of Abdul Fakkadi references.

Wouldn't the Winnebago of animals be something less common, like a gnu? I feel like this is a deep philosophical topic . . .

How would I handle it? If it's essentially the same toyline with characters we don't have yet, I will buy them.

If it's a gimmick wide line like TR was, and the figures are good, I'll buy them.

If it's a full line of BW remakes? I will pass.
