Well crap, now I might have to get this set. I was happily passing on it to save money. And since I didn't have anything that would go along with them, that was just fine. But I do have SB... which I only got to get Ratbat.... which now leads to a repaint of Ratbat... I'm falling down this rabbit hole faster and a faster it would seem.

These cassettes are looking great. Tempted to get them. Will not however, as I focus only on the characters which appeared in the cartoon. Need to stay strong...

I generally stick with show only characters myself, though I do allow a few deviations such as the Diaclone cars and the non-show cassettes. I mainly got this set because my MP SoundBlaster and KFC Doubledeck were lacking in that area.

I feel like I'm not alone here (and sorry if this has already been brought up), but did anyone else have a white label plastered on the back of their MP15/16-E box? I was able to pull most of it off, but there's adhesive and some bits of label that are still stuck to the cardboard. Thankfully, the artwork underneath is okay. I'll just need to figure out a way to gently remove the remains without damaging the box.

Yeah mine too. Apparently all Hasbro Asia releases did this. I started to take it off the. Wised up. I don’t really know how to take it off though. Lots of the Diaclone reboot boxes have the same sticker.

I managed to get most of it off. And I can see the artwork underneath what's left of the label. I'm thinking a flat-edged hobby knife might allow me to gently scrape it off.

I'm not a mint box collector. I just hate that a stupid label was covering such a significant section of the back. What an asinine thing to do.

I assume that won't hurt the box art?

Mine had the very same sticker, I peeled it off veeeerrrrrry slowly. It probably took me about 5 minutes of slow gentle peeling to get it off.

Nope, it breaks down the glue the stickers are stuck with and just evaporates.

    ~edit~
Just add enough to soak the area where the residue is and then let it sit for a few seconds. It's a newer sticker so it should be quicker for the glue to breakdown vs vintage toy with a pricetag on it.
