    Yeah, I opened him this morning and he's really good. Only thing I don't like is the HM gimmick, but at least Takara managed to do a creative homage with it.

    I normally never mess around with my LG figures, in regards to paint touch ups and whatnot.....buuuuuuut the two tone arms on Perceptor's head masters was driving me BONKERS!

    Anyone else's have this?

    One arm had a glossy red paint app, and the other was a matte finish; almost pink-ish too. I tried to even it out with some red paint, but couldn't get it right.

    In the end, I just made both arms black. Looks good actually.

    In regards to the Starscream ghost head with this figure ...that's from the episode Starscreams Ghost, right?

    Does he ever actually take over Octane, or become his head? Or is this just for fun?

    ...if I recall, it's Scourge he actually possesses. (Or was it Cyclonus)

    Either way ....

    Hmmmmm, did I just watch the wrong episode? I didn't recall seeing that.

    Does he ever "put his head on?" ...like with the toy? lol

    Starscream didn't possess Octane in "Starscream's Ghost", he only possessed Cyclonus and Scourge.

    That's what I recall seeing.

    So how does this "starscream clear head" gimmick work into this all? Does he ever take over Octane?

    Oh, yeah. He just worked with Starscream in the episode but never was taken over by him. I misremembered.

    Exactly. That's why I never understood this gimmick. They should've included a small clear Starscream for use with Trypticon and Unicron.

    Now, I got mine! They are awesome! I did not know Octane had such a nice silver paint on the figure. Even the fists are silver. Really beautiful =)
