Was just thinking the same thing.

Hopefully there's some update on shipment this week seeing as they were "shipped out" at Christmas. Apparently.

I haven't seen much news on THF paint chipping - anyone got any info?

Quite a number of china folks gotten their IT already. Reviews/pics are everywhere on taobao. Mine just got shipped today when I ordered last week. Seller said there was a delay in IT distribution. :(

Dammit! I guess a couple more weeks won't kill me but still, I thought this would ship out to customers by now.

While i can't speak as a THF Dynastron owner just yet, I can tell you this...

I own the THF Sonic Wave and aside from the absent single droplet of silver in the middle of the figure's forehead helmet area, this thing is spot on.

    IMAG4740_1.jpg

It has rich deep blue paint that has little shiny metallic flecs in it, tight joints, decent weight, is not top heavy, does not lean backward, and is capable of everything my official Takara Tomy Soundblaster can do.

And the paint has not yet chipped... maybe I should drop it a few times from a six foot height and see what happens.

    On the second thought... No.

    IMAG4762_1_1.jpg

Upon receiving the figure and taking it for a test drive, I left a review on Rubadubspawn's Feedback page as well as on the KO MP-13 page!!

    IMAG4952_1.jpg

Evidently, Toy House Factory was previously KuBianBao... and guess who manufactured that Starscream standing there in the above capture? That's right... KuBianBao!!

So far... **knocking on wood**... neither THF, not KBB have let me down. Neither has Yes Model for that matter...

For me... THF Sonic Wave was so incredibly awesome that I ordered their Dynastron as soon as I finished my second review of their Soundwave offering... when Chrome Magnus asked me about the quality...

...and I paid for my invoice immediately after receiving it!!

I even used my last smaller sized dry-rub Decepticon faction decal on the figure.

Just look at how stoically commanding Sonic Wave is when he's pointing his finger at nothing... whereas Ditka looks like he's secretly laughing at all of us.

    IMAG4801_1_1.jpg

Seriously though... in terms of quality, if Toy House Factory's Dynastron is as strong a figure as their Sonic Wave... this will be an amazing figure!!

With respect to actual reviews though... there are two non-English reviews on this page that make limited sense. There's also a non-English video that also makes little sense, but at least you can see the figure and witness someone else fiddling with, and transforming the figure.

Reviews or not... like a foolish gambler betting his family's life savings... I'm all in.

Until he arrives... I guess Quakeblast will serve as my stand-in leader. Loyal beyond belief in the old cartoons, a complete bad-ass in the old comics... Quakeblast is a wise choice to hold the team together until Dynastron's arrival.

    IMAG5756_1.jpg
PS. as gimmicks go, this is a definite attention grabber... Dynastron talks.

    ...nuff said

Does the KBB Coronation gear fit the regular HasTak seekers? I got a Hasbro Starscream, and since hasbro never updated skywarp, I thought it might be a good idea to get KBB skywarp and just give slightly miscolored Coronation gear to starscream. lol

I would just get a KBB or YesModel *or the generic KO* starscream, but it seems like to much to pay 50+ bucks just to get accessories and a duplicate figure.

Awesome! I kinda wish they had sold the gear on its own at some point, but then again, why do that if you can sell a whole figure. lol

Has anyone ever got one of the generic takara KO's of starscream? They tend to go for around 40ish on ebay.

We need someone to put a screwdriver to their Dynastron.

I did. My first seeker was YM Skywarp. I followed up with YM Thundercracker and eagerly anticipated YM Starscream... then it turned out he wasn't the TT colours I was hoping for so I didnt bother with him.

The TT KO was supposedly riddled with issues and KBB had the MP3 waist... so I thought I'd buy both of them and mix and match, essentially use the majority of the KBB and somehow give him the TTKO waist.

In the end, the KBB I bought was a scam and when the TTKO arrived, there was no need for one. He definitely didn't feel quite as good as the YM, but most of his joints were fine.

The only issues I have is the landing gear panel wont stay attached. To be fair I didnt even notice it for the longest time and just found the little grey piece sitting in the box.

And his waist was pretty loose. I put some glue on it, stiffened it up and now he's fine.

From what I've heard though, I'm in the lucky minority. Most of the TTKO seekers are meant to be awful.

Does IT-01 have the transforming Scope/Fusion Cannon so it looks different for bot and gun mode? I really like that feature on the official and 3P Megatrons which employ it.
    Thanks

2 weeks? So we will be anticipating toy reviews within that timeframe.
There 1st batches of pre-orders (now closed with 12 pre-orders) in one of our online groups.

I will be observing the 1st batches when it arrives then decide if it's worth to fully jumped in.

I don't think this review has been shared yet? This is the IT version. To summarize some of the most important points:
    1. The reviewer has reviewed 5 different versions of MP-36, and this one's plastic feels the best
    2. Very good paint applications and resistant to scratch
    3. Joints all feel very good
    4. Least amount of gaps in alt mode.
