I’d rather get Caliber Prime from TLK! His kibble actually becomes a shield!

 

I'll just jot this one down on the list of things no one asked for ever...  

 

This was a fantastic toy to mod into a voyager Prime (I LOVED mine)- but then they came out with a better real voyager Prime making this pretty much pointless.

Although it was cool hearing him shriek in Japanese. I really regretted having to cut the wires in order to mod him.

 

I dunno I missed out the first time around and this always looked fun. The weapons could be used on my other figures.

 

I wonder if there is more juicy news in this retailer solicit catalogue that is being held back.

 

That's what I was wondering too. I didn't see anything else around TFCN/HKTF/STFU FB pages.

 

Nice! This guy is a lot more fun than the TLK Voyager! It stands partly hidden in the back, while BC Optimus is in the front where I can easily grab him to play with!

I'm curious. If this figure is TC-09, what are TC-01 - 08?

 

I took forever to get my BC Optimus and the price shot up from $50-$120 so I figured it was a loss.
then they re-issued him with a bumblebee figure for $145. But then one day while searching Ebay I noticed that the original version was back to $50 so I jumped on it.
    Can\'t wait to see what this version winds up going through price wise. I can\'t imagine that there where a lot of people clamoring for this. 

 

in TLK, prime\'s gun looked to me like a snubbed-nosed version of hounds gun(s). just noticed, whats pegged on to the trailer. two shortened versions of hounds AOE guns.

 

I wouldn't knock the Battle Command Optimus Prime! It's the most accurate version if modded and it's got a beautiful siloutte compared to Calibur Optimus Prime. I own both (actually I own all the Knight Optimus' starting with 1st Edition lol) & I like the Calibur Optimus Prime, don't get me wrong. I even pre paid for all of the 2018 Movie Best releases, including the Movie Accurate Nemesis Prime from the same mold. But owning both the Caliber mold is really thin and SQUARE! The chest is. The siloutte of Battle Command Prime is pretyy spot on and with some proper nodding it's probably the most accurate siloutte and details. PLUS my original came with 2 of the gun/swords that Cade used, and all the weapons needed for the main Autobots for the movie. It's actually a really fun figure too.

It's pretty awesome bro I actually really lile tje figure. I wish it spoke English and Peter Cullen voiced it wiyh some new phrases. Also wish it didn't have a shelf on his ass   But the weapons are all the weapons from the movie. This new pic shows way less paint rhen the original. Maybe it's just a test shot or something :/

 

Where do you think paint is missing? I painted mine years ago, so i don't remember exactly what was where- but every place on this I see missing paint i remember having to paint on mine. Based off distant recollection, it looks the same to me (but I very well may be wrong on that).

Why this though? You’ve got a vastly superior voyager mold already. If they made a trailer like this that is compatible with the voyager everyone would be buying it. This just seems like filler for the sake of having product out there. We still haven’t gotten a traditional Nemeis Prime from the voyager mold either.

 

Ya bro! I remember yours! It was the 1st one to personally show mw he can be made into a sweet Movie accurate Knight Optimus Prime, voyager class! Then I found some folks that was gonna help me build one myself but then I saw solicitations for AD-31 & waited for him & forgot about your idea.

I have him in perfect condition, so if you want I can seek him out & (TRY2) find him & send some pics. (I have OVER 200 uhaul boxes filled with toys in packaging in my warehouse, that's too small to move). But I THINK I have him here at my condo. Only played with him for 30 mins   I remember how much I wanted him too because it was the only way to get the chest done right.

I usually only *DESIGN* custom figures, like on paper. I only made 1 custom IML. It actually turned out great! Voyager Optimus Prime from TF rime mainline. I painted him all red in the places they did it grey, & changed some parts. I think it was on POM plastic. A bitch to hold paint but, I manged. I think I showed you my (only) custom, right? In the pic of all 3 Prime Voyagers? It had th voyager 1st edition/RiD Mainline/Beast Hunters Optimus Primes. My damn 12 year SON took it from me (with my permission of course. Reluctantly. He was too impatient for me to find one of my other 5 TF rime RiD mainline Voyager Optimus Prime's. Unrelated but that was the very 1st step in downgrading toy engineering. That line. Hollow legs we called em, but they pale in comparison to today's hollow. Now they just mold outlines of limbs :/
