    As usual, thanks to all members of our 2005 Boards for sharing these great images in our forums. You can find the pictures on the next threads:

    – Barricade Alternate Head & Glasses By Josh Nizzi. Barricade had an early idea for his head, similar to the one we saw in previous movies, but Josh Nizzi surprised us with the inclusion of a cool pair of shades for the popular Decepticon bad cop. None of these ideas got into the final production but we are sure you will have a lot to comment about it.

    – Dead Knight By Furio Tedeschi. We have 3 big views of a long dead Cybertronian Knight, showing the great amount of details that the artist put into this art. Great and creepy scene at the same time.

    I think the whole \"are you ladiesman217\" scene from the first film would have been my absolute favorite scene if barricade had these shades

    Damn, I don't like Tedechi concepts. Look at this eye. It's not similar to normal TF eye. Also Jetfire is much older than those Knights. Why Skullitron is so falling apart? And I think Cybertronian's head shound be much more interesting inside... It seems the wanted to put some Giger style for that scene, glad that eventually they didn't.

    I don’t mind the Barricade head that’s closer to his old look but thank Christ those glasses didn’t make it in. Not that the movie wasn’t full of ridiculous bullshit as it was.

    I presume the part where Barricade looked over his glasses to see the Knight giving Cade the Talisman was deleted in favor of the stepmom introduction scene. That design is so modern-Bayverse that I think I love it. I really want glasses for MPM-5 now.

    I don't like the glasses. It's too human to me. Maybe if he had a battle visor that faintly resembled cop shades or a riot mask I'd be more excepting.

    Yea... Not a fan of a Movieverse Barricade with Police Shades...

    But if Animated was still a thing... OMG... They SHOULD have done this. Heck, could have made him into a fat cop parody for the show... Have him hang with the Constructicons chugging Oil left and right.

    God those glasses look horrendous on Barricade as if the pointy head wasn't a mess already, but at least the team had the sane idea to NOT have them.
