Just held a ruler next to Prime. Leader Ironhide looks to be around 22.5 cm or 8.8"

I think I will just get aa's first trilogy prime when that comes out or hope wei Jiang makes an only slightly oversized ko of this that fixes the problems like the undersized gas tanks, The paint on the hood, Change the way the wheel covers and chest and truck hood transforms. I came up with an awesome way to make a better transformation of that part and for bumblebee's hood kibble

 

i'm flabbergasted because the whole scale discussion is melted within this thread......i'd like to see that Barry is the same size as Bee and Ironhide and the others a smidge smaller then Prime
