What you said, in the context it was said, was said in such a way it could definitely suggest that the prequels are guilty while TFA either isn't, or gets a free pass. If that's not your actual position, then fine. Though it would be nice if you'd make that more clear.
I was responding to your post that came across as a PT fan trying to pull whataboutism with TFA. TFA wasn't a great movie, but it was entertaining and it was competent. Neither of which most people would accuse the first two Prequels of being. Sure, many of the complaints can be levied at both TFA and the PT, but what is missing is the degree to which either is guilty. It's like saying robbing a liquor store is the exact same thing as robbing Fort Knox. Yeah, both are robbery but there's a quantifier there.
For my money, probably not bad at all since they're wild animals that look cute rather than a character who's meant to speak.
I can't shake the feeling they are manipulating us to think porgs are just cute set dressing and then it'll turn out they have a dark and deadly streak. Poor General Leia, losing Han and then devoured by Porgs. Ok maybe not THAT dark. I do believe there is more than meets the eye with them though.
My daughter is totally in love with the Porgs. I think she already has four different plush animals and a t-shirt. I keep telling her to be wary about her new-found loves. I asked her what she'd do if the Porgs end up being responsible for killing her precious Chewbacca. She says she would be upset at first, but would still love them.
Alrighty! I'm going to start watching the saga. I will watch one Star Wars Movie each Saturday while building a Star Wars Lego Set leading to the countdown till Episode 8. Starting with Episode 1 while Building the Rogue One Y-Wing.

Her raw power is ridiculous. There is only one bloodline that would make sense (at least to me) and it's not that one.
The official novelization of TFA, which Disney confirmed as canon, states that Kylo and Rey can sense each other as cousins. Also, this is a retread of ESB. So Luke saying “I am your Father” wouldn’t be out of the question.
Do you have some sort of quote or evidence of this whole cousin thing? Because if that were the case I think the news would be pretty big among fans.
If it has to be any of the fan theories, then I much prefer the idea that Spoiler Rey is the Chosen One reincarnated.
I think it became text book and almost overwhelming when Rey was outsmarting Han Solo on the designs of his own damned ship.
