Sorry to clarify I meant the anger directed at kapow rather than hasbro. Have we got confirmation he deifinately won't be available at a later date?

No worries chief, you run a business and try and market the right product at a price that reflects the baseline costs it takes to stock it. I think we all are able to understand that. Never mind, it's all bloody plastic bobbins anyhow.

A quick F*** 'em to the chattering chinless wonders, Andy, and thanks for taking the risky punt of listing a Deluxe with such a price tag.
Unfortunately, I don't have to imagine the latter, I've had several earfuls of it firsthand taking sales calls for the Gary Barlow gig at my work gaff. That's why you get all my sympathy, mate.

Sadly an adverse effect of what media has become nowadays---social media too, a hole for everybody to pour their opinions in, legitimate, well-informed or totally ignorant, does not matter one bit. The level of scrutiny some things go under whereas other just go unquestioned beggars belief, and this goes way beyond a product offered by a store.

Keep on doing good work brother ;)

Ah, yeah. I think people forget that Kapow's a business, not a relocation scheme for wayward robots!

Just a minute. People are saying that Grotesque will be on sale at TRU shortly and it got an early release at NYCC like arcee did at Hasbro convention.... so that would make it £55 for an early release?

anyway been too long since I felt comfy back in the fandom, decided today I can't be doing with the negative nonsense and shall frequent amongst my fellow geeks daily :)

Gary Barlow - I wanted some tickets to his gigs up this neck of the woods but apparently they went in about 2 mins, don't judge me. I'm married and need some kind of middle aged role model.

Heh, I too tried to get tickets for the missus, but the only ones left were £175 each for VIP ones. I nearly went for it to make the missus happy, but when I told her afterwards she said for that price she wanted to sit on Gary's knee! So maybe lucky I didn't buy them!

I would never have a pop at Kapow for doing their business in the best way possible... It's thanks to them they I managed to grab TR Arcee as well as those Perfect Effect bots recently.

you could buy 3 Grotuques for that price!......................wait.......................outrage ?

I'd want more than a knee sit for £175.

This pricing structure on Gary's "favours" suggest prior market research.

I've ordered one :)  if he comes up in TRU at a lower price then I'll probably get one to customise. It is expensive, but as an exclusive that we may not see over here (what with TRU UK being categorically unpredictable) he should at least look nice, and I like some hot pink late 80's robots.

I'm quite tempted to spend £10 to see Reel Big Fish and Mad Caddies in Sheffield tomorrow night, but not sure if I can be arsed. (Know I would have a great time though)

For what it's worth mate, as far as I'm concerned you guys have always done a FANTASTIC job, and I'm sure many of us here wouldn't have the collections we do if not for the hard work you all put in! Your customer service has always been second to none in my opinion and I'll always shop with you guys if you've got what I'm looking for. Keep up the good work is basically what I'm saying! And don't listen to those eejits on social media! That stuff's a plague anyway! And good to see you're still lurking around these parts dude!
