I got a package from BBTS today.

 

We're about to enter Phase 6. Just need Overlord now to complete the group.

 

Stopped into a Walgreen's out of town while I was on a road trip today, found this gem, I gotta admit, I don't know what it is about this guy but I'm super smitten with it, something about it just appeals to me

This has been a bloody good week for post. Haven't had one like this since TR wave 5 landed and probably won't have another like it until PotP lands.

This is my second Optimal Optimus. The first was missing the 'bot head and this one has some unfortunate chrome wear. I might see if it's possible to Frankenstein the pair together.
Aaaaaaaaand for good measure I've got some sleazy punk rock and some dodgy metal records too!

--TR Topspin (Target) -- This is the first time I had seen him, I had to pick him up. Topspin was one of the few G1 TFs I had as a kid, and I still have him today. EDIT: Sweet Christmas, this figure is amazing!

Optimal Optimus design is one of my fav from BW but I never really like the character on movie itself cause he's weak and easily beaten.

again, id value your knowledge.. is the feet? or something else entirely?? i have to admit my TF'ing skills arent the greatest. masterpiece especially make me really nervous...

The crotch. You have the flap out on it and if you lower the legs the flap will fold in.

 

ok cool. thanks again, i appreciate it.. i cant find the instructions, but i swear that how they had him. but i know hasbro doesnt always get it right either. the image on the package shows him with the crotch-guard. interesting. i must say he looks better in your picture.. ill see what i can do..

Well l am so happy with my DX-9 War in Pocket Sonic Wizard (mini Soundwave) l went ahead and bought War in Pocket Skyer (mini Swoop) and Rager (mini Grimlock) off ebay.

I think l will order a WiP Dinobot every week for the next few weeks. WiP Megatron is high on my list as well.
