My problem with brawl's design is that there is no way such a tank with a big mass could compress into a fat robot in toy form in the way he did in the movie.
A brawl without backpack would be an insta-buy.

 

Can we have a sequels mode where it just vanishes from this plane of existence too please?

 

I hadn't, it does look nice now that I look at it. I just don't like that the movie figures slowly started morphing into more organic looking robots as time passed. Enjoyed it more when you could still kind of tell what vehicles they were.

Barry Kaid looks awesome. Definitely a step up from the HA and I had a joygasm when that was first announced.
Ironhide will be brought for sure but I would have preferred to see Ratchet first.
Beetle BB I'm a bit meh on right now, if the movie is decent then I'll probably want it.
Starscream is hard to get excited about, the leader class was really good and there was the also excellent voyager before that. If it was Bonecrusher I'd be thrilled.

 

This probably will not be satisfying for everyone.
Hasbro is very stingy and will care about the cost.

 

lol, if you want to believe that the designers have all that power, free to do that. Doesn't work in that way, but free to believe.

On topic (well, not so on), reading all the reaction, i'm curious to see the direction that hasbro want to take with the movie toyline. Not half-assed movies toys sells like hotcakes, despite the quality of the movies.

Barricade is definitely my favorite design among the various films, so I'm looking forward to this figure.

Actually the 911 are not flipped. The movie flipped them and the panels on the mpm would have to swivel 180 to reflect this. They have swiveled the doors however to get "police" to face the right way. Like the human alliance and first deluxe the rear wheels are by the hands and the 911 stayed the same direction and backwards to the movie.

well with the movie designs it's impossible to get every detail 100% right, IMO It's looks really nice as is
