    Yer class of '84 Soundwave and crew.

    He really is one of the best, isn't he? Such a design classic. We didn't get Megs until '85 over here and, while I'd barely started getting the toys, I do remember Soundwave being so much more prominent that Megatron on a lot of the advertising (like the cover of the first issue of the UK comic). of the '84 crew I think maybe only Prime is as satisfyingly articulated and proportioned.

    Despite this being a bit badly focused I really like how the his pose came out in this. He's pretty loose in the limbs so there's an element of necessity in the pose, but it does ooze some of that early UK comic style. You know, the days when the only reference model the artists had was the toys themselves?

    So yesterday I went to my local tru on my lunch break and found a tlk voyager megatron. And that was my favorite all day till I went to walmart and found myself a GD OVERLORD and now I have a new favorite.

    And he's teaming up with a McFarlane building set evil rick and evil morty which i got at the same time
