In all seriousness he does have one very bizarre articulation limitation and that's his wrists, because of how closely the outer forearm armor sits against them. It's really tricky to get a good grip on the hands and you have to push them inwards as you attempt to nudge them around and I find it only really works well enough if you unfold the inner forearm first so the outer armor isn't in the way. It's a baffling design choice I think MT could have gotten around if they'd made the end of the armor panels thinner and had them sat the direction they did in the original show.

That and his neck joint is so tight you might sometimes pull his helmet off as you rotate and /raise n lower his head. Gotta make sure his chin isn't bumping in to his collar n all that.

    Got mine today.
First impression is : He is too light weight. as some body mention he didn't like this figure because feel "too light" now I'm understand, but not a big deal
Cause is not plastic but because leg part was hollow due to transformation. actually, he fell to light weight only leg part. on upper torso you can feel he is heavy and dense enough.
otherwise, he is very ratchet. ratchet everywhere. and he is very pose-able. Before I open him, I said to my self I don't have time to mess with him. I just want a touch, but end up pose him and transform him for 2 hours.
Material : Hard plastic. feel great. better than material on Cross dimension. No die cast. (Actually, some discast on leg part will be a good touch, but overall A-OK for me)
Joint : mostly ratchet, impressive. but I feel like ratchet on shoulders is too TIGHT. I feel like shoulders is too tight for no good reason. leg ratchet should be tighter than this but fine for me.
Articulation : Very pose able. if you unclip his torso lock will give you a lot of abcrunch. overall very impressive. but I think if they add son shoulder forward-backward like new sunsurge from Takara this will be perfect.
Paint : Very good, I like his gray. this is a good tone. howling meteor should use this gray tone instead of his off white.
Stability : very deep ankle articulation. and you can use back heel for support for action pose.
Transformation : not complex but manual was hard to understand. should to see video review instead.
Price point : 140Usd is questionable. 120USD is fair price for me. but at 99 USD, this is a steal. 100% Buy.
Overall : 9/10 for me good figure, very poseable , lot of gimmick, look good both mode, easy to transform, fun to mess with.
but leg part should use some diecast for weight in leg part. and shoulders ratchet is too tight on my figure. but overall not a big deal for me.

Absolutely agree on the price. Even after the stellar reviews, I was planning on passing on this one and seeing if they released my preferred reprint. But after the price drop, I couldn't pass it up. Even if the burgundy one gets released, I figured there'd be no guarantee he would be priced with this discount.

Dude...fantastic poses. I'm struggling with this guy because I really have no interest in him other than he seems to be a tremendous value.

One of my favorite Starscream designs for sure, right up there with Micron Legends Starscream.

Alright, so got the written review and gallery up for MakeToys MTRM-10 Galaxy Meteor up. Direct Link in sig (video portion still uploading: )

The article goes into depth on what I really liked and things I would have liked to see different but overall it's a well-made and FUN piece that I'd recommend.

Here are a few shots from the gallery portion. Much more on site:

Mine came today and he's pretty cool. Definitely lighter than I imagined but not in a cheap way.

However, one of the legs seems to have poor ratchets at the hip. There are virtually no clicks whereas the other side is lovely and clicky. I wonder if anyone else has this problem.
