Hasbro must really not like BW at all since we haven't really gotten any generations updates in years...

 

I'm happy Primal is getting a new toy, but I'd like more updates in the same vein as the previous 3 we got. No gimmicks, just updates with better show accuracy. Waspinator is damn near perfect.

 

I'm specifically talking about Thrilling 30. Not that 10th Anniversary Cyber crap. Blackarachnia being the exception.

 

Well, aside from Dinobot who should have been a voyager (and had the right colors and weapons), those were terrible updates.

Who am I kidding, Dinobot sucked too. I want more T30 updates, daddy! I want them now, now, now!

 

What were they thinking with that Cheetor? It's so bad it makes me think they did it on purpose. You know how much Hasbro just loves Beast Wars. And for whatever reason they just can't seem to paint Dinobot correctly.

 

i think they were on the right track with him..his beast mode was pretty good and the bot mode looks good....until you turn it....

they had good ideas but that back hump kills it

PotP Optimal Optimus IS along the same vein as the previous three, sure the Optimus Primal mode leaves something to be desired, but the main figure (Op Op) is a nice (fairly) show accurate update much like all previous BW Generations figures.

 

Gimmick fatigue. Let's hope we get a breather after POTP.

 

It looks bad in every direction. At least Dinobot resembled his cartoon model.

 

Gotta be honest, I'm not looking forward to another year of combiners. Ugh.

Ah well, i can save my money for that MP Dinobot!  

 

Well so far Abominus and Volcanicus have my attention, but I'm going to be picky with most of the others. I'll get individuals that appeal, not the entire team they're associated with. (definitely Moonracer, maybe Elita-1, but I've no interest in a Generations Inferno unless it turns into a giant fire ant... which the upcoming one doesn't)

But enough about that, MP Dinobot preorders WHEN?!  

 

Nothing in PoTPs has really grabbed my interest, sorry.  

But seriously ya when can we get some more tid-bits of info on Dinobot? I wanna see how where he hides all that raptor in robot mode.

@Primal Sabbath on the Cheetor custom I did an orange wash over all the detail first, then mixed a light brown with some matte black and a tiny hint of purple (his spots show up almost purple a lot in the show for the TM2 version).

 

Well get Beast Wars figures soon enough. I still think the originals are ace. Apart from Rhinox, Rattrap, Dinobots, blackarachnia and waspinator. Who I all have great updates for.

I'd like too see a good update Terrorsor, Scorponok and Cheetor though.
