Questions for anyone who has bought single figures from them including "archived" ones. Do these come in any sort of packaging. Like at least a sealed baggy or something?
Depends on the figure. Usually the souvenir packs come in sealed plastic bags, while anything that shows a special box on the website will come in that, and subscription service figures come in plain brown boxes. All of that surrounded by the air bubble thingies in a regular shipping box, of course.
Not 100% though. I've purchased from past sales and received loose figures, no bags. This is a "final sale" clearing out of everything, so there's not guarantee anymore these will even be complete with bio cards, paperwork, unless it specifically says in the listing. I purchased a figure at the last sale which came loose, figure only w/parts, no paperwork.
Either a part or paperwork. That's why they are putting on each listing "Sold As Is" and "No Returns - Final Sale."
Sorely tempted to get one of those Nightracers. I was never a TFCC member and never made it to a Botcon, but I like the idea of owning the 'new' version of the first-ever Botcon exclusive to kinda close the whole thing out.
Yup, or they were used as replacement parts for other figures but never got the call up to the big leagues to be fixers. There's lots of potential reasons. Granted, most would probably be put back in their bags, but that doesn't guarantee they were either.
Well damn. Was hoping the Pirates/Knights loose set would hold out for one more price drop. Oh well. Might score a Brimstone once he goes under $20...
