I'm still really impressed with how much better HasTak are doing these Combiner-limb Deluxes this time around.
I'll be skipping Blackwing, Dreadwind, Skrapnel (because I already have him), Jazz, Inferno, and the Prime Masters/Pretenders, but everything else is so goddamn bought.
Great to get a better look at Elita-1. I actually kind of like the big forearms on her, it's nice to get a female TF toy that looks like she could rip a bot limb from limb.
Not sure about Windcharger, I would've much preferred a darker grey/gunmetal grey so I may wait and see how Takara handle his deco.

The thumbs are on ball joints, you could just pop one of them off easy as that.

 

Fuck. I definitely see Takara using that Starscream mold to make Liozack. And therefore, a certain combiner.

 

Moonracer as an arm... a certain legends class bot in gun mode  

 

Well those gimmick pieces will be tossed into storage and forgotten. But all else looks great.

Aw, Moonracer looks so pleased with ther torso armor thingy on, it\'s all kinds of adorable!

At first I was disappointed Inferno was gonna be yet another Hot Spot remold, but damn does he look hench here! I guess I can live with it. Darkwing is also a heartthrob.

 

I can see why the hands are color-matched to the bot, but that's gonna make combiners like Abominus look really weird. I'd really like to not have to buy UW just because of the color of the combiner hands.

Wow that Elita-1 is way off base. Robot mode looks fine, but why is she a plane?
