Well not really...the full body shot yes..obviously but not everything is the same if you look at the original picture..

Isn't that a chicken and the egg thing. Are they really that seriously about that? Didn't pics get shared before we even could see what's on the exclusuve content (which isn't even released yet in Europe)?

Ironhide's head is there too, if you look, and his hands. It looks like this was supposed to be a place either where Cybertronians were crafted into mausoleums or statues were built of them. I don't think its meant to imply Ironhide had any greater significance than we knew of, just that Ironhide was used in the concept art as a quick and dirty representation. Like the Movie 1 Megatrons being in concept art.

 

the idea wasn't completely abandoned however. We now know why Megatron's cannon suddenly became a flamethrower for seemingly no reason
