This thread was extremely enlightening. I've had an eye on PC for awhile but never bought from them because I couldn't figure out how they made money. This thread just told me; they don't send out stock.

Thanks, TFWers for helping me avoid a huge mistake!

Submitted my dispute today with CitiBank for Scott’s failure to deliver FT-20. CB indicated the merchant has 45 days to respond, but it’s clear he either won’t or (hopefully) his response will fail to satisfy CB. I included the link to the Reviews of Products, Services and Businesses in Australia - ProductReview.com.au page for Premium Collectables as additional evidence for CB to begin processing my dispute.

I will keep you all posted.

I did a bit of digging regarding PC, checked the business registration, it seems to be registered to his parents address in Newborough, Victoria. Their phone number is (03) 5127 5793.

PC is run by Scott Dwyer, and there is an S. Dwyer living in Newborough, phone number (03) 5127 7478. It may or may not be the PC Scott Dwyer, as the business runs out of Queensland, not Victoria.

Anyway, this information is all easy to find online, so I'm not doing anything wrong by posting it here. Someone might give them a call and suggest the business be run a bit better, but I wouldn't suggest that.

And if you see this, Scott, reply to my emails. [email protected]

Ok, new info. PC's invoices show the business running out of Biggera Waters. There is an S. Dwyer living in Biggera Waters (the White Pages listing has it as Runaway Bay, the neighbouring suburb, but Google maps has it in Biggera Waters).

I posted this on PC's Facebook and it was deleted and I was blocked.

    Link below:

White Pages® - Search for an Australian Business, Government Department or Person

Perhaps call and see if it is him?

This guy seems like he's intentially all over the place, shaddy slippery a hole that he is. Yet he can still continue to operate.

Was the location of this thread moved?

At any rate, my claim process is underway. How this guy is still in business is beyond me. Laws in AU must be extremely lax. It would be nice if the admin. here would make a formal announcement of PC falling out of good standing with TFW2005 so others don't get duped. PC being a sponsor of this site (at the time) was the only reason I trusted them for a purchase.

honestly i have no idea how that site is still up. Perhaps they are only completing transactions with buyers in Australia?

If TFW2005 put out a PSA for all members to avoid Premium Collectibles, it would be appreciated.

Yes it was moved to feedback forum. I wouldn't call them a retailer so it's not 3p feedback on a retailer. It's a fraud.

Do you have a physical condition that prevents YOU from calling?
I can see that you have no issues typing comments, so I'm assuming you can use your hands to pick up a phone and call too.

Did citibank give u back the funds first?

i've noticed most financial institutions will give u back the funds first and tell u not to spend it yet (bankwest, CBA, amex, westpac)

Yes, they’ve given me a provisional credit (including a refund of the foreign transaction fee and interest accrued). The case is still pending so I’m not treating the funds as mine just yet, but Citi didn’t indicate to me that I shouldn’t spend it (I’m sure they’ve no problem with me putting more on their card haha).

Fingers crossed this will be resolved in my favor.

And the BS continues to pile...here's a link on their 'news' section that tries to explain their horrid customer service: Customer Service IMPORTANT UPDATE (RESET) | www.premiumcollectables.com.au

How this company continues to do what it does is disgusting. Their 'news' section is nothing but excuses, literally, for the last three months. Hopefully people read that before purchasing anything...because oddly enough, they have zero problem processing THAT. Money in, nothing out.

One day that site is just going to up and disappear.

For those that don't fancy clicking links:

^This is such horseshit! I used that very email AND the online form and received no response. This sounds like a stall tactic. The longer this is drawn out with customers, the more likely people won't be able to file a claim and get refunded.
