Not into Animated anymore, but I'm happy for the people who are. It's nice to see third parties branching out to the other (neglected) parts of the franchise.

 

I am excited for this product, has any other news been released on it since June?

I was never a big fan of animated, but it's wonderful news that there are 3rd parties that are willing to do things other than G1. There is a demand for characters from other series(coughcougharmada primecough).

Happy to see this is still happening. I had written it off after a year of complete silence, but I guess they're just taking their sweet time. I'm curious to see how they're going to do Devastator - I'm guessing they're just going to go with a four member team? Otherwise they'd have to create two new constructicons out of thin air. That's fine with me - it wouldn't even be the first four member construction vehicle combiner.

 

Nice! I would also love for a 3rd party to give the Masterpiece treatment to some transformers prime characters.

 

Cool so this will be a full devastator set by Aplus.

 

If they do a whole Constructicon team, I will buy it. But the way these Animated 3rd party items go, I'm not holding too much hope this will actually be released. Let alone an entire combiner team. Afterall, we're still waiting on that add-on set for the Stunticons to turn them into Menasor.

 

I think that they’ll make up designs for the remaining members (they did that for Devy’s face there and considering how small Dirt Boss and Skipjack are, that would leave Scrapper & Mixmaster making up like 90% of the entire body). I can’t wait to see what they’ll come up with for the other characters and if they’ll integrate Skipjack. (I hope they do and give him a huge purple crane trailer like Erector had and have that transform into Devastator’s chest piece.)

I am just not sure about Devastator. There were only three Constructicons or did I miss something in Allspark Almanach.

EDIT: Yes, I forget Skipjack. So there are four Animated Constructicons.
